Fauquier Springs Country Club

I have always enjoyed playing this course. The conditions of the fairways and greens were wonderful and well kept. Staff were great. They are working on the bunker, the ones completed were great to play out of. All and all, a hidden gem and course to play.

Staff was informative and friendly. The course was in great shape with well kept greens. A great course to play on a fall day with great views and decent elevation.

Really fun course with great views and some challenging and unique holes but the fairways and tee boxes for sure need maintenance.

Driving Range - $10 for non member

Fairways inOK condition. Cartpaths need major do over. Invasive grasses on very slow greens. Not to no signage (I made at least three wrong turns on confusing cartpath routers). Overall disappointing.

I was told “golf now players can’t play with members”. “Idk why they added you to this time”. Ive never felt more worthless and put down. It’s not line I showed up in gym clothes. Polo, tucked in, and not looking like a punk.

Not worth the added stress to worry about if I’m good enough to play with their members. They pushed me off the back 9 and I only played 9.

Idk if it was GoldNows issue or the club. But if they don’t want non members playing, don’t offer times.

First and foremost, I am from Florida and was up visiting my daughter and her family who live in Warrenton. On previous visits, I have driven past this course many times and had always wished I could play there someday. Well...that dream came true on my most recent visit. I am extremely grateful and appreciative that I was able to play the course with my grandson using the "Member for a Day" pass. From the moment we got there until we left after our round, we were extremely impressed. To start off my review, I'd like to thank Paul (or maybe his name was John) who was working at the front desk. He was extremely courteous and made us feel welcome. He took time to answer our questions and get us checked in. As for the course, it was immaculate! The tee boxes, fairways, and greens were in great shape. It was quite the contrast to the courses I play in the Tampa, Fl area where the courses have suffered from drought and poor maintenance. I did have the opportunity to visit the grill and was very impressed with the staff there. I don't remember the ladies name who helped me with getting snacks and a hot dog, but she was very new to Fauquier Springs Golf Club and she provided excellent customer service (and I hope she will enjoy her upcoming cruise leaving from Tampa, Fl. Her co-worker there was also extremely helpful and very nice.

To summarize.... I sincerely hope that I will be able to play this course again on my next visit to Warrenton. And as I said earlier, I am grateful and appreciative for being able to be a "Member for the Day". Thank you for the opportunity to finally get to play this lovely course!

They did charge me $20 more than GolfNow had posted. My only issue
