About
EagleSticks Golf Club tumbles across gently rolling farmland situated just outside of Zanesville. The constant up-and-down characterizes the course from the rolling fairways to the undulating greens. The total elevation changes amount to more than 100 feet. The hilly terrain is adorned with pristine forests of oak, maple, ash, oak, and walnut trees. Cascading waterfalls can be found throughout the golf course as well. There are scenic views everywhere but don't let that distract you, the challenging layout requires your full attention. There are 90 bunkers strategically situated along the fairways and greens. It's not particularly long at 6,500 yards from the back tees, it's a golf course that instead favors accuracy over power. The par-5 11th is EagleSticks Golf Club's signature hole. Starting with a daunting downhill plunge, there is a creek that splits the fairway and a stream that runs alongside the left approaching the green.

Cartpath only
We were made to play cartpath only even though the Course was in well enough condition to at least play 90°. If they want to force players to do cartpath only they should discount the fee.
Great track.
Awesome layout. Well maintained. Cart path ONLY made pace of play very slow and a lot of walking. Made for a long day.
Slow Play
Ohio is under its worst drought in modern history. #10 has a pond that was atleast 6 feet down. The staff only permitted driving carts in the rough. No crossing fairways. That's why Eaglesticks is a top 10 public course. The course, for the conditions were great. Tee boxes were nice and so were the greens. Everything else brown and dry. The Rangers needed to split up some of the groups that were playing together or enforce allowing smaller faster groups to play through. Took us 5 hours to complete a round.
Great course, will come back
Awesome layout, super friendly staff. Pace was kinda slow, but that’s not the course’s fault. Greens were pure, it’s a super fun course
Great layout
Nice layout but price should be based on current conditions on the course. $72 is way overpriced for burnt out fairways and tee boxes.
It's a drought!
Course layout was beautiful. Was told this was the greenest course in Ohio, but its a drought, so conditions were not favorable. I lived in the sandy bunkers, but they were perfectly raked. Its a fun course and I will definitely be coming here again.
Fantastic course
Only reason for the 4 star for condition was due to the patches of repairs. Other then the dead grass here and there, course was in excellent shape.
Exceptional service and great course!
Josie is an attentive and kind cart girl. She kept our group fully stocked. We went inside after and experienced wonderful service from Katie at the bar.
Friendly Staff, Fun Layout
Course was in ok condition, but with the summer we’ve been having along with then a downpour the day before, I can’t blame them too much. Staff was incredible. The layout of the course is fun and made for a good day.
