About
EagleSticks Golf Club tumbles across gently rolling farmland situated just outside of Zanesville. The constant up-and-down characterizes the course from the rolling fairways to the undulating greens. The total elevation changes amount to more than 100 feet. The hilly terrain is adorned with pristine forests of oak, maple, ash, oak, and walnut trees. Cascading waterfalls can be found throughout the golf course as well. There are scenic views everywhere but don't let that distract you, the challenging layout requires your full attention. There are 90 bunkers strategically situated along the fairways and greens. It's not particularly long at 6,500 yards from the back tees, it's a golf course that instead favors accuracy over power. The par-5 11th is EagleSticks Golf Club's signature hole. Starting with a daunting downhill plunge, there is a creek that splits the fairway and a stream that runs alongside the left approaching the green.

I love The Sticks
One of my favorites and shot my best round to date. Such a fair course. Great shape. The pro shop is loaded. The sports bar/restaurant upstairs is legit. Everything is reasonably priced. Just a great experience all around.

Eaglesticks worth the drive
First time playing, all the rain had us cart path only...it is hilly, few hikes across the fairway.. beautiful course, staff extremely helpful, and fun. Will definitely be back , can't wait to see in the fall with the leaves changing color. Challenging, but open enough to go after some pins..must take advantage of the par 3s.. GO PLAY EAGLESTICKS YOU WILL LOVEIT!!!
The best course in Ohio. The staff are awesome and the PGA pro who runs the course always has a smile and is willing to help anyone. I have a bad leg and this course helps disabled and handicap people enjoy golf. They go out of their way to make sure you have a great time. They have a full bar and kitchen and a nice pro shop. The course is in excellent condition and always well maintained. This is the course to play in Ohio
Nice as always but may not have played if I knew ahead of time that greens were recently aerated. Oh well, that is fall golf, just glad to enjoy the day.
What a fun course to play.
Great layout, challenging holes, receptive greens, friendly staff, just a great day of golf. Played Eaglesticks a couple of years ago and I won’t wait two years to come back.
Great experience
Used a group golfer and was treateed like a king. Staff was kind enough to answer my Q's and was very responsive about how to enhance my experience playing there. At some venues I have experienced a reluctance to be friendly when using any type of coupon to play.. The course was in excellent condition and a real test to my skill level. Will definitely return and will encourage friends to play there .

Every hole, unique and picturesque. Really glad we played well and stayed in the the fairways or it would have been a very long day. Loved every minute!
Slowest ever
Play this course a few times a year. Conditions are consistently going downhill, but prices keep going up.
If you like a 5+ hour round, enjoy. We called pro shop twice, but nobody responded to the problem. Love the restaurant, but again, 1hr wait for a hamburger doesn't cut it. Sorry fellas, but you can do better.
Worth a visit
The drive from Columbus is well worth it. Fairways and greens are in great shape, some tee boxes are a bit torn up from lots of traffic. Rough was pretty dried up but not a big concern. Will be beautiful in a couple weeks when the leaves start to change for fall!
Golf Package
We signed up for the 2 day golf package that included Eaglesticks and Virtues. Courses and accommodations were great. Planning and follow through was excellent. We are planning on returning in the Spring.
Decent course layout
Nice course, played there Labor Day Sunday, really needed a ranger on-site. Play was incredibly slow
The layout is a little odd, as tee boxes sit next to greens or other tee boxes - so you have people talking to their groups beside you on another hole and/or you have folks hitting into you on the next tee.
