About
EagleSticks Golf Club tumbles across gently rolling farmland situated just outside of Zanesville. The constant up-and-down characterizes the course from the rolling fairways to the undulating greens. The total elevation changes amount to more than 100 feet. The hilly terrain is adorned with pristine forests of oak, maple, ash, oak, and walnut trees. Cascading waterfalls can be found throughout the golf course as well. There are scenic views everywhere but don't let that distract you, the challenging layout requires your full attention. There are 90 bunkers strategically situated along the fairways and greens. It's not particularly long at 6,500 yards from the back tees, it's a golf course that instead favors accuracy over power. The par-5 11th is EagleSticks Golf Club's signature hole. Starting with a daunting downhill plunge, there is a creek that splits the fairway and a stream that runs alongside the left approaching the green.

Course in good condition. Greens were good speed. Rough was a little long maybe due to rain but overall the course is fun to play

If it were just flatter.
The hills and the climbs from path to tees and greens were too much for this old man. Several of the greens were banked very steep and that was not visible from the fairway. Several of my shots looked very good until the slope of the green got me. We enjoyed it once.

Great riound of golf
The coarse was in great shape and the layout is really good. The staff was friendly and effective. Not only was the golf in great condition but it is really beautiful and everything was is excellent condition. I would recommend it to everyone that enjoys a picturesque and great round of golf.

Excellent value
The course was in great shape for the beginning of spring with a fair, value tee time. Was able to take carts out and had our quick 9 done in 1 1/2.

Great course, even better staff!!
We play Eaglesticks every year, at least once, often more than once. It is a two hour drive for us to get to Eaglesticks, but well worth the drive. Kelly, Tyler and the staff at Eaglesticks treat you like family, and care about your level of enjoyment while at Eaglesticks. How many golf courses can you drive two hours, walk in, and they greet you by your first name. I am still amazed every time. The course has an incredible layout with many types of holes, some straight forward, some risk/reward, all are FUN! My personal favorite is hole #11! Give Eaglesticks a try, I highly doubt you will be disappointed by the layout, or the way you will be treated.
Love this course!
I host an annual golf trip in June and this has been our Sunday stop for the past few years. The staff here are always very friendly and accommodating and the course is always in great shape! The fairways and greens are amazing, but the bunkers sometimes could use a little work. Hopefully we are not playing out of there too often anyways though right :) The course provides enough challenge from the tips for your best golfers but also is accommodating enough from the up tees for anybody to enjoy. Some of the most beautiful golf holes I have ever played are on this course. With a few driveable par 4s and a few of the par 5s playing way downhill, it offers a lot of risk reward. If you are playing well you can for sure score, but if you are slightly off there are some big numbers out there. I would recommend this course to anybody visiting the central Ohio or Zanesville area.
