Glacier Wood Golf Club

About
Glacier Wood Golf Club has a unique landscape that was carved by ice and earth. The scenic course sprawls across diverse terrain that combines open, grassy meadows, with mature forests and marshland. Sweeping elevation changes and glacial rocks that frame the course provide stunning views from tee to green. The more open holes have a spacious feel while the wooded ones are invitingly secluded. Golfers will have numerous strategically placed bunkers to contend with as well as many water hazards. The par-3 12th hole is the course's signature. This stunning hole incorporates dramatic elevation changes, forest, and wetlands for a challenge that you won't soon forget. The 15th is another hole that is as equally memorable, a u-shaped par 5 that is a double dogleg with a steeply sloped green.

Beautiful course
Had guests from Atlanta. Said they wanted to golf there again!
Great Course - Hidden Gem
I played here as part of a golf trip to Wisconsin.
The Head Professional was friendly and helpful. The course was in excellent shape. I liked the variety of holes. and the routing. While not a particularly long course the key to scoring is hitting to the proper part of the green since there is a lot of undulation. Also, hitting greens is important, as the rough starts about 3-5 feet off every green and it was deep and wet this morning.
I highly recommend the course and would play it often if I lived in the area.
Great Course
The course is a very nice layout and was in excellent condition. It is always a challenge on the back nine as any misses are severely penalized.
Great layout but!
The layout suits my game well, however there Sandrtraps have many stones and rocks.
Amazing Condition and unique layout
Amazing greens. Unique layout.
Lots of strong doglegs so long hitters can leave their driver in the car.
Great place!
The conditions here never disappoint, always kept beautifully, great greens, fairways are great, never a bad time golfing here!
This course is a must golf.
I'll keep it short... wonderful staff, beautiful course, great price. Big fan, I'll be back (Arnold voice).
Course is absolutely beautiful but play is very slow! Took 5 hrs for us (twosome) to play 18 holes! There was a wait on every hole! Momentum can definitely get lost playing here.
Our favorite
Good round with good friends. Be sure to check the Iron Grill after your round. New staff has this restaurant buzzin. Andrew, the club pro, runs a great golf course you will certainly want to play again and again.
Great Small Town Course at a Great Price
I've played Glacier Woods many times and have enjoyed it each and every time. Can't beat the price and the course is plenty challenging, but fair for any level of golfer.
