I read the recent reviews about negligence to the course; the past week the area received 18 inches of rain. If you cut your on lawn you know you have to wait days to begin cutting. I’m surprised the course was even opened. Golfed today and the grounds crew was out in force since the rainfall has lightened up.

Look, this course wasn't without its design flaws at the outset. A lot of tees and greens were doomed due to airflow (or lack thereof), and there were a lot of low areas with nowhere for water to go.

....but good lord I don't think anyone even works here anymore. They've given up. The bunkers don't have sand in them anymore and are mostly grown in with weeds, as the beautiful faces Hanse designed have crumbled with time. There are countless water hazards that are...uh, new? Many of the great design features (the redan 8th, the blind cape 4th, the 9th tee boxes) have been abandoned.

Holes have been in the same place for weeks, and are a solid half inch more narrow than normal. The rough is likely cut weekly at absolute most. The greens are dead and spongey. The coup de grace is the "signature" 13th - the tree the logo is based on cracked and looks like it's on its way out.

I'd come back just for the bones (they're still there, I promise) but there's no meat left on them. Hope someone buys this place and tries to bring it to what it was supposed to be, otherwise they should just let it go.

Is this place being sold, or did they just stop caring? The course is an absolute disaster. They had a total of 2 employees on a Saturday Afternoon in August. Every fairway (literally every one) was COVERED in grass clippings, and that’s in the spots that weren’t missing from old divots or just straight dead grass. The greens weren’t green; more brown from the spots that no longer has grass on them. Good luck lining up a putt that’s has to roll over 3 different terrain types, then drop in a cup that CLEARLY hasn’t been changed in about a week. However, the new hazards are fun....oh they aren’t there by design, though. Just random lakes and craters all over the course. If you’re lucky enough to land in a bunker, don’t forget your pick axe, weed whacker, and maybe a small excavator. Very sad to see this place go from one of the better public courses in the area to a complete piece of garbage. Hope they wake up

Course is in ROUGH shape. Greens are beat. 5 hour+ round. Wanted to leave after 9. 2:45 to play the front. It used to be pretty decent. Not worth it anymore. Won’t be back

lots of water. very poor drainage. bunkers had a foot of water in some places. greens were not maintained very well

Great layout but needs a lot of TLC to improve tee boxes, greens and bunkers.

Staff can be very unfriendly and refuse to offer refunds even when there are thunder and lightning storms.

Good, tough track but most of the greens were in bad to horrible shape. Dead spots, ball marks, holes. Tees in pretty bad shape, too. Some of the fairways hadn’t been cut in days, were like first cut of rough.

I won’t consider returning until probably next season.

Course is in horrible condition & cannot blame it on recent weather. Tee boxes are so bad, have to hit off the side or in front to have footing. Greens are ultimately unputtable in most areas. Holes have not been moved in ages so all around hole is nothing but spike marks & basically mud spots. Rough on some holes is not rough but just woods & swamp just starting to take over. Also can understand bunkers being a little rough but some arent even bunkers anymore, just have transformed into swamp bogs. Some are even literally in the fairway.

Owners have given up & hope to get enough people on the course due to their cheap prices & website photos to hope they can fool people into playing. It is sad. Play anywhere else but here, a lot of good public courses in PA, DE, MD. Don’t waste your time here

Great course, played after a big rain. Little wet, great layout, and really challenging. Will be back on a dry day for sure!

Inniscrone is the best course in the area for the price. Greens are now in great shape.

Fairway and green were in poor condition. this may have been due to lack of maintenance staff because of COVID 19. We had Yed the course several years ago and it was in much better shape.

I booked for four persons and paid a deposit. In the morning two of our party called off but I was forced to pay full green fees for all of our party of four. This is not a policy that is consistent with other public courses in the area.e.g Wyncote, Pedlar's Oak etc For this reason I will not be back. This is gauging in the worst sense especially when the course was not all that busy, and there were other two balls playing.

Have played the course for several years but have seen it go down hill. There are a lot of things wrong with the course but the final straw was the crab grass on the greens! Unfortunately I have played my last round at this course.

The greens could use some love but other than that it is a nice course. Certainly a good deal for the price.

If they would get the greens And fairways back up to par it would be an amazing course.
