Golden Oaks Golf Club

Only reason not 5 stars in condition was greens have been recently aerated. Other than that, course is in great shape.

Absolute gem of a golf course. You get every shot in your game! Fairways wide and the greens were in impeccable shape. True rolling. Some water to dance around, and great scenery everywhere I looked. Personnel were very courteous and Ms Duda at the snack shack is as sweet as they come!

Greens, fairways tee boxes were all in great condition. The only complaint this round was some bunkers had very little sand in them. It's worth the hour drive to play here.

I was lied to 3 times over by guy( wish I could remember his name) about aeration of greens ! He said they were done last Monday buy very small holes and greens still smooth to putt on he checked himself.I said are you sure because I hate aerated greens can't get a feel on them , yes absolutely all good .Third Time I said again your absolutely sure because we're driving almost a hour .Yes sure unless your a pro putter , you won't notice .They were terrible and lots of things from trees on them .

Golden Oaks didn't disappoint again. April play can be difficult in Pa. Sometimes too wet sometimes too cold. The day we played was near perfect for April. Course was almost in perfect conditions. Greens a little bumpy but not unusual for April. Actually very good for April. Fairways were lush green and the tee boxes were flat without too many bare spots.

The course was in good shape and the greens were slick! The only issue we had was that the group in front of us had more than an entire hole open in front of them. We called on the 5th hole for a Ranger to try to speed them up but nothing happened. Definitely left a bad impression on a busy Sunday.

Greens are faster than most public courses - that is a good thing!

Great Course with firm and fast greens that roll true. Challenging with multiple tees that are spread out and can challenge any golfer. Pace of play was fast on a beautiful Tuesday in April. Only issue was minor, a couple traps that were being rebuilt. Worth the drive.

Greens are pristine, fairways and tee boxes country club level. Staff was very friendly and nice to talk to. Will definitely be back soon.

I played Golden Oaks a number of times this year and the course was always in great shape. The greens especially which I would compare to an elite private course. And let's admit that we all like playing on greens that are fast and roll true. I love the layout and challenge that the course provides. My only complaint and there's not a lot that can be done is that the amount of leaves on the course this time of year making finding the ball near impossible if not in the fairway.

This course is always spot on. Good amenities. Perfect conditions. 10/10

Tee to green condition is up to par. Some greens have dead patches but for the most part nicely kept and on the fast side. Fairways are quite generous. Perhaps too generous. Layout is pretty decent.. just decent. Lol

The greens were perfect but FAST! Make sure you have a little time to putt before you play or you'll be 3 putting a bunch. Once you get the speed down, you'll have more fun on the course.
