Golden Oaks Golf Club in Fleetwood, Pa. is considered one of Berks County's finest courses with a four-star rating from Golf Digest, which also named it as one of the top "Places to Play." It was voted the "Best Public Course" by readers of Berks County Magazine. Designed by local architect Jim Blaukovitch, the golf course has a classic design that appeals to players of all skill levels. The course has wide, inviting fairways but there are also some challenges provided by the rolling terrain, featuring elevation changes that range from subtle to dramatic. Be prepared for a variety of uphill, downhill, and sidehill lies. Trees line Golden Oaks Golf Club's fairways and strategically placed bunkers protect the greensides. The golf course has some tricky holes but it's not overly punishing for the high handicapper.

Go somewhere else
Greens are okay little on the slow side. No water on the course on a 90 degree day but the cart girl is coming by every other hole. Cash only. Bunkers were concrete with some having water in them no bunkers were raked this season . We saw several overgrown with weeds. Not worth the money as there are other courses available. It used to be a nice place. Not sure what they are doing. I know that they aren’t maintaining the course!
Good course
Great layout, good condition. Piece was OK. I recommend it to anybody.
Fog and rain
It was goofy. Could not see 30 yards in front of tee. Raining at 6:30. Did not play. Called GolfNow and supposed to get a refund/credit. Got a confirmation email but have not seen credit.

This is a great course to play. Conditions were awesome and I can’t wait to play it again.

Course in great shape for how little rain has been around lately. Very well kept. Friendly staff. Great little halfway house. Really enjoyed playing here and hope to be back soon.
