Golden Oaks Golf Club in Fleetwood, Pa. is considered one of Berks County's finest courses with a four-star rating from Golf Digest, which also named it as one of the top "Places to Play." It was voted the "Best Public Course" by readers of Berks County Magazine. Designed by local architect Jim Blaukovitch, the golf course has a classic design that appeals to players of all skill levels. The course has wide, inviting fairways but there are also some challenges provided by the rolling terrain, featuring elevation changes that range from subtle to dramatic. Be prepared for a variety of uphill, downhill, and sidehill lies. Trees line Golden Oaks Golf Club's fairways and strategically placed bunkers protect the greensides. The golf course has some tricky holes but it's not overly punishing for the high handicapper.

Golden Oaks awesome
First time playing it and it was terrific. Conditions comparable to any private CC around, outstanding greens, bent grass throughout.. Nice mix of holes with lots of character. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
nice layout and condition
usually play 4 or 5 times a year on golf now......greens are usually a little quick but the course is in great shape and a fun day was had.......started to rain as we were driving away so it was perfect timing........we are on soc sec so the cost is a little high for us but with golf now it is fine....
Really Nice Layout
Excellent course layout especially considering that many holes run along a ridge. The course manages not to be crazy up and downhill holes despite the terrain. Views from several holes are spectacular. General condition of the course is usually pretty good, but there are some glaring things that would improve the course (ie - on course signage is sometimes done freehand with a spray paint can or the ugly, rubber lined lake running along #18. All in all however, very enjoyable place for a round and the restaurant and bar is also excellent for after the round.
I have to thank you for leaving a rake in the perfect spot.
On the 4th hole my ball hit off a rake from which it rolled directly onto the green and into a hole for a hole it one.
What more could I ask for?
Great course
Staff at golden oaks is probably one of the best I’ve seen, very friendly. Course is in excellent condition except the greens were just airatef. Tee boxes, fairways are in great shape, good mix of holes. Normally greens roll true. The starters are very friendly and professional.
Great value and great course design
10 minute tee times make for good pace of play. Lots of elevation changes make for a good test of skills.
We played this remarkable course for the first time, and it was well worth the 45 minute drive. The course conditions were among the best of any I've played this time of year. It offers a nice layout that is reasonable for the average golfer but provides enough challenging holes to keep you on your toes.
Great experience
Played super early in morning and course was still freshly watered so it played longer than it might have otherwise but overall incredible experience. Great place to play and stunningly beautiful.
