Golden Oaks Golf Club in Fleetwood, Pa. is considered one of Berks County's finest courses with a four-star rating from Golf Digest, which also named it as one of the top "Places to Play." It was voted the "Best Public Course" by readers of Berks County Magazine. Designed by local architect Jim Blaukovitch, the golf course has a classic design that appeals to players of all skill levels. The course has wide, inviting fairways but there are also some challenges provided by the rolling terrain, featuring elevation changes that range from subtle to dramatic. Be prepared for a variety of uphill, downhill, and sidehill lies. Trees line Golden Oaks Golf Club's fairways and strategically placed bunkers protect the greensides. The golf course has some tricky holes but it's not overly punishing for the high handicapper.

Good Layout and Course Condition
Golden Oaks is a fun layout. Challenging but not super hard as the course rating and slope indicate. Greens are medium speed bent grass and in good shape while fairways and tees are a bent poa mix and in good shape. There is no issue playing the ball down. I’d certainly go back.
Great staff and track!
Such a beautiful track at Golden Oaks. The staff is also very friendly.
It was very wet today but they had a ton of rain yesterday so it was cart path only. Can’t do much about that

An enjoyable round. The greens are large and the ball rolls well. The layout can challenge but is still fun to play.

Had a great round here, the staff and grounds could not have been better. The course conditions particularly the greens and tee boxes left something to be desired though. Lots of burned out edges and chewed up tee boxes.

This is a very nice course, well suited for the recreational golfer with an appropriate degree of challenge.
Solid Experience
Very pleased with the staff and course. Tee’s, Fairways, and Greens were very well kept and greens rolled smooth and fast. Very fair layout with a fair challenge. Well worth the 90 minute drive and would certainly play again.
