About
DeBary Golf & Country Club, a Lloyd Clifton-designed course sits on hilly land. The layout is fascinating. No two holes feel similar. Only two holes have water, but there is significant sand. Dense woods of pine and evergreen border the fairways. The rolling fairways and natural layout give the golf course a Carolinas feel. The par 5s are all in the 500- to 550-yard range. The par 3s are all approximately the same distance, running 180 to 190 yards from the back tees, and 150 to 160 yards from the white tees. DeBary is one of the few Clifton golf courses that do not top out at more than 7,000 yards.

Great course for the Money!
We paid $37 for a hot deal. I don’t expect much when the greens fees are under $40. Very pleasant surprise. Greens were in good shape so we’re fairways and tee boxes.
Been awhile since I’ve played the course. I’ve got good memories. Only slightly disappointing in that the fairways and some tee boxes were a little sparse. We played preferred lies in the fairways to make up for that. Greens were nice. Pace of play was a little slow because there were three twosomes playing in a row. I was surprised the starter didn’t pair anyone up. Still got around in just under 4 hours, but we did have to wait on most tee and approach shots.

Staff is always friendly. The early morning pace of play is great. Course is is good shape and the beverage cart came by early and often. Debary is by far, the best choice in the area.
GOLF NOW SUCKS!!!!
EVERY SINGLE TEE TIME IS A HOT DEAL!! NO ONE ASKED FOR THAT AND IT WAS NEVER LIKE THIS. STOP USING THIS CRAP AND CALL THE CLUBHOUSE, BECAUSE THIS IS GARBAGE. PLUS, THEY FORCE STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO WITHOUT ASKING!!!
Closest course to my home
I am a former practice and play junior member.
The course is in great shape.
I went off first at 7 am - it bothered their regulars a bit.
I was a single player, so there should not have been an issue
This club caters to the full members to a fault there are not that many of them. - strangely they allowed a group or two to go off the back nine as week as a shotgun start for a large group, It is a really nice course, if they allowed me to pay for guests at my junior rate I would still be a member.
Great layout
Really good condition tee to green. The greens have many nuances and are in great shape overall. The players in our group found them deceptively slow however. It definitely deserves your play.
