About
DeBary Golf & Country Club, a Lloyd Clifton-designed course sits on hilly land. The layout is fascinating. No two holes feel similar. Only two holes have water, but there is significant sand. Dense woods of pine and evergreen border the fairways. The rolling fairways and natural layout give the golf course a Carolinas feel. The par 5s are all in the 500- to 550-yard range. The par 3s are all approximately the same distance, running 180 to 190 yards from the back tees, and 150 to 160 yards from the white tees. DeBary is one of the few Clifton golf courses that do not top out at more than 7,000 yards.

WOW
If you have game this is the course for you. Our best courses in the area are the two lpga courses but I would rather play this one. The greens are fast,lots of undulation and well protected,very challenging. Ifyou can putt you will love them. Course has length,par 3's are long,very hilly,elevation changes are 40'plus..Great test of golf skills. A word of caution play some where else if; you can't putt. Right handed must be able to hit a fade,left handed a draw. It will be a long day for you if you are lacking in these skills.
Nice layout
Course was in good condition, overseed was coming in nice. Greens were great and rolling nice.

Love it!
This is always a great course to play. It's challenging and always very well maintained. Only 3 for pace because of the 3-some in front of me having more fun getting drunk than hitting the ball. I truly enjoy coming here.

Condition of the course was the best in the area fast greens. Fairways in the best condition. Couldn’t get to the next T box fast enough to checkout the fairway . Play it And have fun

Always a pleasure
I always enjoy playing this course. The weather was beautiful. The course was in great condition. Pace was a little slow today because of a drunken foursome ahead of me. Had fun playing with a member on the front 9, then was alone on the back. I always come back here because of the challenging course layout, excellent condition, and fair pricing.

Always a pleasure
This course is always very well maintained and a joy to play. Many holes are challenging but that makes it even more rewarding. I love coming here! It's a great value for the price. ONLY complaint are the areas of standing water that won't drain properly, creating unexpected water hazards.

Nice golf course
I have always liked the course. Interesting holes, fast greens. This particular day there was a large group ahead of me. They arrived by bus so you know tjere were a lot of poor players and the round took forever, over 4 hours. Still i like the course despite one hole that always has water problems .

Nice greens, horrible members
Course in good shape. Greens nice. Staff ok, the members on the other hand no golf etiquette. Must’ve had a members tournament slow as can be and would not allow singles to play through. Slow round.

Great course!
This is a great but challenging course. Grasses are well manicured but the rough makes for hard shots if you step outside the fairway. Most holes are pretty narrow, requiring accurate shot placement.

Well playable course
Played as twosome. Pace was very good. The course is not very challenging, but requires precise shots on some holes - actually no water in play. Tee boxes and fairways are good and well playable. Bunkers are OK. Greens are not too fast, but are mostly well maintained. Staffs were not seen accept in the Pro shop…
Overall a good course for a very reasonable rate, thanks to a hot deal offered by Golfnow.com

Very Challenging
Just recently joined as a member and one of the main reasons I joined was due to the difficulty of this course. I live closer to other courses but this course challenges me in a way that Victoria Hills and other local courses do not. The fairways and tee boxes are good. The greens are great. The staff and other members that I've played with are welcoming and very helpful. Overall, I'm excited to spend alot more of my time at this club and hope to shave a few strokes off my game.
