Slow play
I love playing this course,, usually only play it in the spring and summer. To many people walking the course makes it almost impossible to complete a round if you don’t get a tee time before 10:30. Other that I absolutely love playing this course
Friendly course nearby
this course is my friendly go to course. It's close to my home and easy to drive to. It has water features that parallel but don't cross the fairways, and fairways that are mosly flat.
Fits the eye
Tee boxes are in shape as are the greens minus 3. Wide fairways. Doglegs. Sand traps are nice if you get in. Walking is very doable because course is flat. 2 putting greens a practice sand trap and a chipping green to go with the driving range. 19th hole is nice as is the cafe. Parking is ample. GolfNow time’s available. Grip ‘em and rip ‘em 🏌️♂️🏌️♂️🏌️♀️
Slow play
Extremely slow play. People should review speed of play rules and a marshall should drive around
- leave the flag in
- fix your divots
- you can wave up the next group on par 3s
- ready golf is a nice to have
Very Slow
Speechless regarding pace of play and green conditions
Good course, overbooked tee times and beginner golfers
I do like this course actually. It has some funky holes where trees just come into play at unexpected times. I think the course conditions generally are good for the price, and the greens roll relatively true compared to some of the bumpier muni greens. The bad thing was they booked the tee times 5-6 minutes apart, coupled with the average skillset of players, made my tee time actually start off about 30-40 minutes behind schedule, waiting behind 2 or 3 groups each hole. I thought the people actually played at a good pace for their skill and from appropriate tee boxes, so no complaints there. I think the people playing there are really nice/mellow. There's no food/cafe outside of some chips and drinks in the pro shop. Just wish I could have finished the round and started on time.
Good old Reliable course
Love playing this course when there are tee times avail. Wide open, driver needed type of course with challenging greens.. course is wide open for players or all levels to rip the driver. Just enough bunkers on the course and unlike many around the area, this one has actual sand that’s somewhat soft and true. Fairways are mixed reviews since we played after a good rain which made them more forgiving, but I’m guessing when dry, they will be a bit hard and not great lies so no complaints here. Love the different practice amenities here for chipping, putting and sand traps.. looking forward to going back and playing this course again.
Good course for the money.
The staff is extremely helpful and polite. I enjoyed playing this course. The course received a lot of rain the day before, and it dried out quickly by the end of our round. I had so much fun I played it back to back. Other courses I played did have any grass in the fairway this one did.
joined 3 senior golfers
Joined 3 seniors for a nice round. we laughed when I turned out 7 years older than the oldest among us.
I would rate this gc a 4 except for the greens, for whaterver reason, putted very slow. will be back soon.
Prince didn't match the reservation
When I made the reservation through GolfNow the price was $38 with "cart included". At the course I was told $38 was the price for walking. I paid the asked price but didn't like it!!!
Got hoodwinked! Beware
I booked a tee time on the golf now app and it was 25 bucks per person with cart. When I got there the lady charged me 75 bucks for 2. I told her that was wrong as I had booked it for 25 per person and she tells me $25 is the walking rate. I show her on my confirmation from Golfnow that it says cart included and the rate is $25 but she couldn’t care less.
