Los Amigos Country Club

I played this course for my second time. I thought I was doing worse this time than the first time, but turns out I did better by 7 strokes. This course is challenging enough to make you feel like you’re not doing well, but still fun enough to keep you going, and that’s important for a new player Lille me that’s only been playing for about 3 months.

The course has a really nice layout and the greens were in good shape. However, the tee boxes and fairways could use some improvement, as they were not in the best condition. With a bit more upkeep, this could be a great course to play.

Don’t bother playing here pace of play is horrible and there are groups of fives and six playing.

The five somes are unbearable sometimes. This time was crazy there was a fight on the par 3 on the front night. That we could not believe!!! People fighting and then on the ground fighting and shirts being torn. Was crazy!!

Over watered, slow pace at 645 am, no Marshall, no cart girl, ripped golf cart seats, attendant checked a group in ahead of my tee time and green crews had no respect throughout the course.

Will not return. Play any other county course.....

I used to play at this course back in the 90’s. The place looks better than how I remembered it. Good layout, we juat had a group in front of us that was too slow.

Course needs to be limited to 4 somes and players should wave players on all par 3's. This would increase the pace of play

$68 to play when there were plenty of open tee times. Backed up four groups when I showed up. Another couple showed up behind me and I asked what time they were playing and one of the gentlemen said he was told just to get in line. What the heck?? Greens were in very poor condition.!don’t write reviews very often but I’ll never play here again. If the city is going to charge $68, they need to earn it.
