About
Hibiscus Golf Club is one of the few 18-hole courses in Naples that are open to the public. The course is player enough for beginners and while it may not be what you're looking for if you're in search of a formidable test, it's good for some casual practice for the more advanced player. The layout balances player-friendly, wide fairways with greens that are guarded by strategically placed bunkers. There is a series of lakes and streams throughout the golf course that come into play on nearly every hole. The golf course has seen several improvements since it first opened in 1969, especially after it was badly damaged from a hurricane. More than 200 trees were added as well as 1,200 grasses and shrubs. Hibiscus Golf Club also has a driving range and putting green.

Course was in great condition, challenging but forgiving. Greens had some opportunities in some spots with some unplayable lies due to dead spots.
Good layout, friendly staff
Enjoyed the course overall. Played the week before they were scheduled to close the course to aerate so greens were slow and fairways a little shaggy, but you can tell the course is in good shape. Would like to go back when greens are rolling better.

The greens were a little rough but this is a good course in middle of super expensive golf in the Naples area.
The only thing new about “new” hibiscus is the price is double
After closing for a year to improve course the greens are as horrible as ever. The old course wasn’t much worse but at least was cheap. Now conditions suck and price has doubled. Very disappointed with progress of course. Greens were better opening day
Wasn’t advised greens were airated,. Glad I booked under a hot deal, otherwise would have been very disappointed. Pace of play slow that day.
Have played this course numerous times and always been a good value. I’ll chalk this up to a one off day
Donald Ross it’s not !!
Course was redone last summer. New tee box areas were much improved. Sanded greens that were virtually unputtable made it overpriced at any time. A totally unnecessary bunker placed 15 yard in front of the green, on the fifteenth hole might be the absolute worst modern day course ( adjustment) I have ever seen. Donald Ross school of course design “all types of players should be able to equally and fairly either fly the ball to the green or run the ball to the green.” The trap on 15 is “UNFAIR” Note to the course redesign architect…..Donald Ross you are not!!!
Don’t waste your money
Somehow they managed to redo the fairways and greens and make the course worse. A truly amazing feat of ineptitude. On a good note the food is excellent. Go for lunch and skip the golf.
Nice course with great employees
Course was in good condition. I say that only because they spiked the greens a couple weeks ago and they played really slow. They have new GPS carts with Bluetooth to link your phone to play music if you like. Very cool. Very strict with cart rules and the carts are GPS so if you go to an area that is restricted it will shut down your cart. Yardage from cart screen was very accurate.
Great bar and food! I recomend the Irish Burger. It was phenomenal! Staff is great. Shout out to Ivy. Super nice and has great attitude.
Good for post in season pricing.
Fairways and greens were in nice condition. Rough was kind of shabby and no water in the lateral water hazards. Overall good for the price for post in season. Definitely not worth the prices charged during in season.
