About
Hibiscus Golf Club is one of the few 18-hole courses in Naples that are open to the public. The course is player enough for beginners and while it may not be what you're looking for if you're in search of a formidable test, it's good for some casual practice for the more advanced player. The layout balances player-friendly, wide fairways with greens that are guarded by strategically placed bunkers. There is a series of lakes and streams throughout the golf course that come into play on nearly every hole. The golf course has seen several improvements since it first opened in 1969, especially after it was badly damaged from a hurricane. More than 200 trees were added as well as 1,200 grasses and shrubs. Hibiscus Golf Club also has a driving range and putting green.

Rider fee
For over 15 years I Play this course and since my Boys are little I bring them along. They are not allowed to drive the cart, but this time I had to pay a rider Fee of additional 20 USD.
With that the green Fee Special is no bargain anymore. For around 80 USD I can play better courses where drinking water IS included.. Just about making money in an average course with tons of sand in the greens.
Happy return
This is my first time back this summer and I was pleasantly surprised! Course has been well maintained and was in great shape. You can tell it was cared for on maintenance level. Look forward to returning.
Great public course
I think Hibiscus may be one of the nicest public courses in Naples. With the addition of Brooks Bar & Grill it's not hard to spend the day here.
Bland & Hairy
This course was extremely bland. Not scenic and every par three from the tips was approximately 200 yards with no imagination. On top of that the boxes, fairways and greens were very hairy. I drove an hour to play and was very disappointed. Lastly, the bartender couldn’t count and took 5 minutes to add 2 beers.
Great course
My son and I played this course for the first time and we enjoyed ourselves! The course is extremely forgiving with wider than normal fairways, not too much water to get in trouble with and it’s a great course for the value.
Staff interaction
Course had some holes cart path only due to usual Florida rains. Carts have GPS to stop and warn you if you go off the path. I missed the sign on 18 drove to right side bunker near 10 tee. Moved left off path waited for #10, circled trap looking for my ball. Dropped , hit to greenside. Drove onto path up to 18 green. Walked to chip with putter, greenskeeper drives up yells to remind me 18 is cart path only. I apologized said I didn't see the sign he drives off loudly calls me a double 4 letter word.
Amazed.
Great course!
Golf course was well kept, friendliest staff, very forgiving course with wide fairways for those that have a handicap 20+. I highly recommend it and will play it again!
