For the money it is not a bad deal but no water in the ball washers, torn towels, and some updated maintenance is needed.

This was an awesome course to play and there’s even more potential for it to grow into. My friends and I loved the course lay out and found it to be appropriately challenging without being too difficult. While some of the fairways could use a little love, the greens were in great condition and played nicely. Overall we would certainly play here again.

This place must have been something back in its day. Great layout but very neglected course. Gonna take a lot to clean it up. Greens were good and fairways were ok. Tee boxes need something to be desired. What makes it a 4 star is the layout and pace of play. Nobody on the course and we paid $24 per player. Can’t beat it.

I've played this course at least 10 times in 2024 and 2025. The course is bin better shape this year than last year.

The Good: The greens are in good condition overall. The can be a bit slow at times. The Golf Now price is great.

The Bad: Fairways are in poor shape. They look green but that is a deception. Very little grass. We play winer rules and move the ball to grass on every shot.

The Ugly: Tee boxes are horrible. Good luck finding a level spot. Only one marker for each tee which we take to mean tee it up anywhere on the box. The sand traps, which have improved since last year, have very little if any sand and maybe a rake.... If you find yourself in on treat it as a waste bunker.

No one in pro shope. Had to get key out off another cart thst hsd been returned to have a key for good cart. Greens were in very bad shape. Course was not maintained.

For those looking for a cheap, quality, uncrowded round of golf this is the place. You can tell it was something else at one time. Great layout but overall condions need something to be desired. Playable though because the greens were pretty good. Tee boxes were unkept and fairways were not kept up. It was like the course went financially under and is barely being kept alive. The carts were in terrible shape and dirty. Couldn’t believe the beautiful huge oaks and towering oaks. But with all the negatives the positives about the course stood out. Bargain at $24.00 perplayer

Greens and fairways are in great condition. Rough and sand traps need some attention. Liked the layout, lots of trees and limbs, stay in the middle.

Course was great loved the layout. Greens were although slow. I will definitely be back. If I had any complaints it's the bunkers. All bunkers are overgrown and if your ball finds any sand. You will find there is no sand under it. Other than that Great value round of golf.

Very reasonable green fee for a course with a strong layout and good greens. It can play be very challenging if you are too ambitious with your tee block selection.

Some greens, especially on the back nine, are very nicely framed. Some aspects of the course require work. I don't have a problem taking a preferred lie occasionally., however, good greens are a must for a return visit. Will play here again.
