The course
Very challenging the greens are in good shape lots of fun
Slow Play
the pace of play was very, very slow. We could only finish 13 holes. This is the second time in the last month that this has happened.
Great course and especially for such a good deal
I had originally set up a $150+ round at TPC Tampa and just was not feeling the need to spend so much. I got this one instead, set my expectations much lower for $15 and planned to just not care if the course was nasty. I really enjoy this place, the people, the course was a solid B as far as shape and fun, tons of very nice trees, 2 double breaking Pars 5s and more. Very friendly local course and no need to fear the discount rate

Been playing for over 50 years and this is the first time I have quit before finishing.
Carts are junk
I know how to set a cart brake. Mine would not lock and the roll warning would go off in my swing. Crappy cracked seats. GPS would be handy.
Old Style course 👍🏼
Gus, at the front desk, was a pleasure to hear him talk about the history of the course. What a Great Guy !! Tuff course for short hitters, great layout & it was in really good shape. Played twice 2 weeks. I’ll be going back.
Tough par 5's
The greens were in nice shape and held nice and putted true. The fairways were in fair condition but the cart paths are in need of repair.

quit after 17 holes
group in front hit 2 and sometimes as many as 4 balls plus at least 4 practice swings each shot It just became too tedious. So we quit. Wont be back.
Not user friendly course
My suggestion to anyone reading this, is to be very careful when booking at the course. Matter of fact, I would suggest going elsewhere to play.
The carts there are in terrible shape and the course is not much better. There is never a ranger to help keep pace of play, so any rounds can be a long round.
Also be weary if it's raining the day you decide to play if you book a round with golfnow. The course did not want to give me a refund and they told golfnow, the course was not closed despite almost the entire day it was raining.
If you offered me a free round, I would not take it. If the course ever goes belly-up, I will be throwing it a belly-up party, and everyone is invited.
One last thing, do not expect to get any type of customer service there either.
Back very slow play, no rangers. Slow groups do not let you play threw.
You’ll be here all day
Pace of play here was absurdly slow. Took a full hour to get through 2 holes here on a Saturday. To top it off the starter allowed a 5sum in the group ahead of us and did nothing to keep the pace of play moving.
Golf cart they gave us didn’t have a fresh score card and the brakes don’t lock in. Left after 12 holes in a whopping 4.5 hours.
Won’t be back here again.
Good Course, but slow
Pace of play was really slow. There were multiple groups waiting on multiple tee boxes (7 and 17). Round took almost 5 hours. But the course was nice and well worth the price. I would play again, but only with an early morning tee time.
50/50
Not the best but also not the worse course I’ve played. Some quirky holes but not bad for the money.
