Cow pasture
This is the worst course I have ever played. It's difficult to determine where the greens end and the rough begins. And, that's not saying the rough is good.
Greens were terrible no grass. Very little in clubhouse for food or drink
Course was in very poor condition. If known would not have booked.
Greens are terrible
Good course to practice your irons. Greens are unputtable. Nice driving range
Foley is a no way
If you are a beginner golfer and do not know the difference between a good course then Foley is for you. Greens are terrible and the cart patches are in need of major repairs.
Needs a lot of work
Only 2 ball washers no towels to dry balls I lost my first ball in mowed grass clippings in fairway also no rakes for sand traps Good thing was no trees to hit

Just want to make golfers aware that if you book online with Golfnow it plainly says you owe nothing when you get to the course all fees including TAXES have been paid in full. Well be prepared to pay an extra $5.20 because the owner is now charging you taxes on the full price of two rounds of golf even though you have ALREADY paid the taxes on the actual money you paid for the discounted green fees to Golfnow. Sounds like a sham to me you're being charged taxes on $52.00 you didn't even pay him. This cannot be legal double taxing people.
Play for under $15
Bugs, grass, greens. Play if only your last option don't pay more than 15
Great for the price
As frequently noted, this is not a candidate to be included on the PGA tour. Some of the greens do have some rough spots, but it did not affect our putting too much. We made several putts of 15+ ft, and no one missed the short ones they should have made because of the condition of the greens. I don't go to the course for lunch, I go for the golf - don't expect much as far as food goes, although the b-b-q is really good. The course is not crowded so you can play through rather quickly.
Overall, great value for the money, especially if you grab one of the $10 - $15 GolfNow deals.
From an employee
Hi, I'm am an employee at the Foley Golf Course. First, I would like to apologize for any disapproval of the course. We understand the shape it is in and have been working on it, but it takes time, money, and patience to do so. Also if their was a problem with the course, we'd appreciate if you came in and told us directly. I love this golf course deeply and want players to be happy to play here but please bare with us. I don't manage the money nor am I the owner but I do talk to him about the course. Secondly, I would like to say that since the price is so low for this course that we attract all sorts of players. Especially the disrespectful ones. I've worked here for almost a year now, and the amount of disrespect I get from golfers I get is preposterous. I don't know if it's because I am female or if it's my age but I put on a smile everyday and deal with it. Not every player is like that, I do have genuine players who love the game as much as I like to see people come out and play but if the course is not in there liking, they will come inside and tell me which I appreciate greatly. But for example, I watched a guy litter in our parking lot and polity asked him to throw it away, and he did but not before he called me a few names. Lastly, it is 26 a person for 18 holes, 17 for 9 holes, and yes riders are extra because we charge per seat, not per cart. I love this course and love talking to the people that play here, but we can't improve unless you come in and speak to us!
playing for cheap
This was my second time to ever play this course . Played here a year ago . I like to play a lot so I gotta play cheap as I can . I had 4 other family members going too so for right under a total of 15 bucks a person it seemed like a good deal . It was my nephews 2nd day to ever play and it was a good place to go just for letting him take his time. And didn't cost 45.00 for him . But other than that it was a terrible day . Worst greens I've ever seen . Grass was not cut on some of the tee boxes . Water jugs were empty . Just glad we didn't pay any more than we did .
Crabgrass
Do yourself a favor and pay an extra 10 bucks and play somewhere else. The greens are terrible and full of crabgrass, and so is the rest of the course.
Warm up
We used this as a warm up course for playing better courses later in the week. The fairways were in better shape than the greens. Not sure when the last time the greens were actually green. We lost several balls right in the fairway.

Great day to get outside but not a good golf course.
Only thing missing was the goats
I wonder if anyone associated with GolfNow has actually seen this course? To call this a 'goat ranch' is an insult to our 4-legged friends everywhere. It has really fallen into a terrible state of disrepair. I had played this track around 15 years ago when they actually seemed interested in maintaining the course. Those days are obviously long gone. It's like playing on temporary greens. Seems as though the owners are just trying to squeeze out every last dime before some developer offers the price they want for the land. If you just arrived from up north, and are only looking to hit some balls in warm weather OK, otherwise look elsewhere.
Foley golfor course
A good way to get the kinks out. Enjoy ed the day, not busy, no pressure from anyone. The gators are friendly if you don't bother them.
Great price for a cow pasture
Don't expect a lot. If you can snag the $10 Golf Now deal, go for it. The course is short but not really a piece of cake. It needs a lot of TLC. Greens are bumpy and water areas are nasty. A few holes were confusing where we were going. Walkable for sure. We only saw 3 other people, so the pace was great - played on a Thurs afternoon. Great for your short game. Was surprised that clubhouse restrooms were immaculate.
Waste of Money
Do not waste your money on this course it is absolutely ridiculous. You start off with a staff that is very unfriendly almost rude with an attitude of we could care less if you play here or not. The greens are in terrible shape as is the rest of course. The water coolers are nasty with black mold. Even if you get a good deal to play at this course you'll still be wasting your money. It's quite obvious the owners know nothing about maintaining a golf course. Find it hard to believe GolfNow would even allow this course in their program.
When you pay online they still make you pay taxes at course.
Greens are terrible. No cart paths. Cannot determine where the fairways end and rough begins.
