About
Although there are many other desert golf courses in the Phoenix area, Apache Creek Golf Club offers one challenging championship course that requires the use of every club. The golf course features wide open fairways and undulating greens that are sloped back to front, some are also double-tiered. There are also numerous sand and grass bunkers protecting the fairways and greens. Extensive mounding on the course cause uneven lies and water hazards come into play on a few holes. The most difficult of the several demanding holes on this golf course, is the lengthy par-5, 10th hole. Apache Creek Golf Club also boasts two practice greens, a pitching and chipping green with a sand trap, and a large driving range with various targets.

Golfer Reviews
Course in great shape
The fairways and greens were in great condition. The fairway 90° rule with being able to drive in the desert made getting around the course a breeze while keeping the stress off of the fairway grass. The only thing I would improve on this course would be flattening some of the tee boxes. I still gave the course conditions five stars because they were some of the best conditions I played all summer regardless of price!!!
Under 3 hour round
Fairways and greens were in great shape. Very impressed. Pace of play was unreal, played in about 2 hours and 45 min. Love playing fast.
Course was just fine.
Pace of play was not really inforced which when it’s 100+ degrees is a little frustrating.
That’s all - decent starter course.
Horrible service, shady staff, grounds are NOT worth the money
If you go to this course, expect them to be behind on the schedule, you might get paired with other golfers wether you want to or not, otherwise risk waiting even longer for your RESERVED teetime, also if you have a beginner, make sure they have their own set of clubs. Anyone caught on the course without clubs, will be forced to rent a bag from the pro shop for $25, lastly they WILL rush you, even if you're already playing to the ankles of the party in front of you. HAVE FUN!
worth the money
Not the most difficult or unique course and the greens could use some work, but great value for the money. Much cheaper than most courses around.
