March golf
March golf. The weather was a bit chilly, but for our first round of 2026 on a real golf course, it was good to get out. The course was rough as they just opened up, but as the weather gets better, so will the course!!
Good Course for the money but Short
Played this course for years. If it was 10-15$ more expensive I’d refuse to play it.
For $30-40 it’s reasonable compared to what’s around the area for public golf.
If you play blues it’s 5800 yards, blacks get you to 6100 but they’re tiny tee boxes tucked in odd locations and typically not as well maintained.
Hard to get a groove with your driver when you’re hitting a lot of irons/woods off the tees.
Great course overall
Great course overall. Conditions are the definition of “fair” and greens are very good with consistent speed. Staff has always been friendly. Back is 9 is much harder than the front 9.
One of my favorites.
Course is great, well taken care of. Prices are fair, especially if you’re an afternoon golfer. Overall love the course. Wish they would bring back twilight where after 530 you could golf as many holes as you could get in before dark!

Such a great experience! Course is very neat and clean. The man at the front desk was so friendly! I bought MSU gear for my husband it was my first time at this course. Will definitely be back!
Shady Staff - Trying to overcharge
Played and paid for 9 and decided to make the turn for the back 9. When going to pay for the back 9 they tried charging us $29. Cost for 18 is $56 and we had already payed 37 on GN. Therefore, should have only been $19. Pro shop staff was shady and couldn’t understand the problem with that. Will be taking business elsewhere.

The staff was awesome and very friendly. The Clubhouse was impressive. The course itself was not in very good condition. Greens were nice, but there was a lot of ground under repair. Fairways just not maintained that well. The front nine also felt like a shooting range with the fairways being too close to one another. We had people in our fairway on multiple holes (more than normal). all that said, I would go back in hopes it is much improved.

First visit ti course, staff very accommodating, a number of unique and challenging holes on back nine, I would highly recommended to anyone, good value for the price!
Challenging but Fun
We always enjoy playing here. Certainly helps to know the course for hidden trouble on a couple of holes. White tees and longer have to hit over a lot of marsh areas. Greens are in great shape.
Nice layout and Well maintained course
Course is in great shape from tee to green. Back nines are carved through tree forest makes it challenging and fun. Staff is very friendly . Will definitely play again.
