Bellair Golf Park
About
Bellair Golf Park in addition to being a good place to practice one's short game it also tests accuracy with long irons. The course aptly tests control over the ball with the irons. Par 4s make up over half the hole at this executive length golf course. Every one of the greens are heavily bunkered and water hazards come into play on a few holes as well. It is close to a residential area but that only creates more narrow fairways, adding more challenge to the game. The course is well shaded and also well maintained, but play can be slow on occasion. Bellair Golf Park offers many discounts, including a twilight discount, a super twilight discount, and there is also an early morning special.

Great value for money
All of the staff members are always friendly and helpful. By far my favorite driving range in the valley. The course is fun and good for a quick game/practice. I can finish the front 9 in an hour weekday evenings.
Need to Focus on One Thing
This course is trying very hard to do a lot of things but is having a hard time finishing any of them.
Many changes have been made to the driving range which is obviously their money maker. They’ve recently added automatic ball dispensers so you don’t have to bend over to tee the ball up. This along with the TopTracer Range is a nice touch but seems to have taken their focus off the main product, the course itself.
The sand has been removed from all bunkers. Apparently they are getting “TPC Sand” or whatever that means. Lots of areas with exposed water pipes and generally crappy or flooded conditions.
Some of the homes along the course have upped their game a bit and added improvements but you still have the crappy condos or townhomes with rednecks smoking cigarettes and weed. Think Florida Man or Woman when it comes to the locals.
Overall they are getting better though and do a lot of community events but they aren’t setting the bar very high. It’s more of a cutoff jeans and sandals vibe than a country club. Only thing missing is a dispensary at this point.
Also curious to know why all the signs and tee box markers say 1972 but the carts all say establish in 1973. Feels like someone goofed and decided not to get it fixed. That’s a pretty solid example of how they are moving in the right direction but can’t get out of their own way.
Belair should be much better
I like this little executive course, although play can be quite difficult if the course isn’t kept up.
Granted it is the summer in Phoenix, it seems that the owners are more concerned with the Top Tracer golf range and night golf than in keeping the course up to par. Hopefully the fall will give mgmt.the chance to improve course conditions.
Bellair
Course staff very friendly and professional.
Sand traps unplayable ! Stops this course .from be a better review and a recommendation to a friend.
Wait till they’re done
They are working on their bunkers and might be worth waiting until they are finished. It would have been nice if they gave a discount while they are repairing them. Still a fun course
Up and Coming
Ever since the new owner took over this course it's only getting better and better! Everytime I go they have added something else new! Love seeing it get better! Can't wait for the sand pits to be all fixed up!
What a mess!
Course was a muddy mess! The bunkers were all being worked on so they were a mess. Probably the worse course I have played on. Not worth the money at all.
Nice course - crummy conditions
Way wet, not much grass, dug out traps -
I think it will be in better shape soon, but i'd wait a couple of months and just use the range in the interim.
Course in rough shape
This course has good layout for exec course. You’ll hit most of the clubs in your bag as holes from 80-250
Yards. Greens are decent but fairways and rough is pretty awful. Looks like they’re redoing bunkers. It cost $25. I’d suggest just playing somewhere else for like Cave Creek, etc for a few more $ and a lot better condition
Nice upgrades for an older property
Keep going..looks great!
This course is improving
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, they’re the reason I’ll keep playing here. Great range setup. Course/bunkers are obviously being improved right now, so the course was in rough shape when I played it. But looking forward to seeing it continue to improve
Stay out of bunkers!
Fun course but stay out of bunkers at all costs! They were thick mud almost like wet cement and several holes had standing water and one even had irrigation pipes exposed. Played on a Saturday morning and it played extremely slow for a par 61 course....
Great fun
So glad to see this course coming back! Fun to play.
Lose the rap music tho, offensive
