Four Peaks Course at Sunland Springs Village
About
Like many other golf courses in the Phoenix area, Sunland Springs Village is a desert style golf course. But unlike many other desert courses, this golf course has grass extending from the tees all the way to the greens. This executive course also features wide fairways with forgiving landing areas and large, undulating greens. There are water hazards and sand bunkers placed strategically throughout the course. The par-4 second hole is the signature hole, requiring a difficult shot over water. In addition to the golf course, Sunland Springs Village is also home to a golf school and practice facilities including a driving range, chipping area, and putting green.

Great deal
Enjoyed my round. Pro shop personnel very friendly and helpful. We golfed later in morning so had course almost to our selves.
Course in good condition for middle of July. Greens still had some sand on them but getting much better. Love the carts with gps.
Great facility
Great facility. Nice executive style course! Staff was great and course was in good shape for summer time!
Aerated greens
The tee boxes and fairways were in great shape. Only downfall was greens. They had recently been aerated and had sand all over them. Very hard to put. Wait a couple weeks and will be good.
Nice course
Very well kep course. Great price! Friendly staff.
Good value
Course was in decent shape. Played about 7 holes with no one in sight. Caught up to a twosome that let me play through. Eventually caught up to a threesome of what appeared to be residents. They did not let me play through and they hit every ball 100 yards or less. Very disappointing but overall decent experience. Good value. Be prepared for old farts to slow the game down.
As always, A hidden gem
The course has closed down The San Tan for the whole summer. Renovations due to lack of rain and necessities. I’m sad because San Tan is my favorite of the three.
