Four Peaks Course at Sunland Springs Village
About
Like many other golf courses in the Phoenix area, Sunland Springs Village is a desert style golf course. But unlike many other desert courses, this golf course has grass extending from the tees all the way to the greens. This executive course also features wide fairways with forgiving landing areas and large, undulating greens. There are water hazards and sand bunkers placed strategically throughout the course. The par-4 second hole is the signature hole, requiring a difficult shot over water. In addition to the golf course, Sunland Springs Village is also home to a golf school and practice facilities including a driving range, chipping area, and putting green.

Golfer Reviews
Great greens mosquitoes everywhere
Course was in great shape along with the greens. Mother Nature had its way today and ate us alive. Be sure to always have bug spray in your bag, they do not carry it at the clubhouse. Watch for ants and mosquitoes
watch out for ants
Nice little course. However, watch out for ants. On several occasions I found small ants swarming all over my shoes and ankles biting me. They get on you really fast.
The greens are a little slow, but that is fine once you get used to it. The guy at the counter was lacking in positive demeanor or enthusiasm.
I will probably play again as I enjoy playing executive courses.
Good place
Really enjoyed my experience at sunland. Would definitely recommend friends
Great everyday course
With three nine hole courses you get different looks every time you play. Well maintained and nice folks. I go twice a week. Not a long course but every hole has challenges. Fun!
Course was in very good condition
Enjoyed playing this course. Only problem no water on front 9, other wise great course.
Liking the new owners
Met the new owners when I came out last time, I am impressed with the overall game play, we like good inexpensive summer rates, we'll be there!
Sunland
Great experience! Had a great day! The course didn't make me feel Luke I was playing in a rural area.
Fun in the sun
The course is open and forgiving. Mostly par 3 and 4 and one par 5. It played well and it was in great shape. I played with my wife who is a beginner and she found it fun to play and didn't lose may balls. A great family course but with long par 4s to pull your driver out and have some fun. It's not a big boy course but a place to use all your clubs have some fun and not spend your time looking for lost balls.
General Comments
The course was good overall, the weather was a bit windy. The man in the golf shop was friendly and he surprised us by noting that GolfNow listed the green fee at $20 but the standard rate was $18, so he gave us the lower price. Very nice of him.
