Very well maintained. Friendly staff. Playable for all skill levels. Would reccomend.

This course is a great value. One of the better in the area and well maintained. Don't hesitate to play here even if you think it's a cheaper course.

Had a reservation and called the day before and actually spoke to someone in the golf course and explained that myself AND my playing partner got sick and asked if I could cancel even though it was past the 48hr cancellation policy. Person talked to in the prison said said “no problem, I will cancel for you.” GolfNow proceeded to charge me anyway even though course. Cancelled my teetime. Going to dispute charge, bad customer service. Especially after I talked to the course themselves and they said they would cancel for me.

Great course, well maintained. Golfer here think they can hit over 300, but only hit 175 yards. so be patient. Other than the speed the course is great. Carts are very fast and greens are fast.

Besides the speed it is very good. Probably one of my favorites in this area.

Took no penalties this round, hard to get into trouble at this course.

Fairways, greens and tees nice grass. Rough is dry and brown.

I’ll start with the positives, I love the old school country club vibe that the clubhouse has. I love the course layout here, a few really cool dog leg lefts, lots of water on the back 9 and for Arizona, lots of trees. The greens were the best I’ve ever seen them here and I putted well like it was on easy mode. But, I was playing really well and unfortunately not rewarded for it. I’d drive the ball center if fairway and then I’m hitting out of soggy wet thin grass that you can’t possibly hit out of unless you have a club with lots of bounce. Pace of play was slow probably because no one can hit out of the fairway, it was extremely muddy. My second huge complaint, about 9 out of ten of the tee boxes were so slanted, when I tee my ball up it felt like I was swinging a bat with the ball way higher than my feet. I’m not good with that shot with a driver, just another thing that punished me for no reason. Pretty sure tee boxes are supposed to be pretty level ground. And they did move all the tee markers off to the sides of all the tee boxes which is why this was an issue l, otherwise usually it’s not. So anyway, I was punished harshly for playing well, and paid $80 for it.

This used to be a great club until new ownership took over. They close the bar at 4:00 so afternoon (after 12 pm) can’t have a beer after golf. Took out all the ball washers and trash cans. Why, they said there are no ball washers in Scotland?? Coyotes in trash cans? All the other courses have them??

One of the cheaper options this time of year. Other than the greens being fairly shaggy, course was in great condition and staff here is always super friendly!

2 major issues with course…

1. It took 3 hours to play 10 holes. You read that correctly the pace of play was insane and we always had 2 groups at tee box. Too tight of tee times? Bad ranger? I have no clue but it was a total s show so we just left after 10.

2. This is a public very very old course not a country club. As we come down 18 there is a ghetto make shift wedding just to the right of the green. I’m dead serious. Then as we make the turn the same wedding party is inside the snack bar 50 people deep ordering drinks so we can’t get anything. That wasn’t even the end…lol. We make the turn and the photographer who is obviously amateur hour has the bride and groom standing on the 10th tee box!! Bahahahahahaha… I’m like what is going on? Remember this is an old public course no posh views just small green murky lakes as backdrop.

We will never play here ever again.

Everything mowed down short getting ready for reseeding so nothing stops on greens. Still had a great day.
