About

Quail Run Executive Golf Course has two sets of teeboxes for more golfing options. The course's layout features relatively wide fairways and medium-sized, mildly undulating greens. All of the greens are well protected all around by sand bunkers. The tees and greens are all elevated as well for more challenge. Although the course is mostly flat there are some slight elevation changes on the course. There is also a water hazard, a lake, which comes into play on one hole. The Quail Run Executive Golf Course facility offers different practice facilities including a chipping area and putting green.

Considering the horrible conditions throughout SC courses. It's a treat to play on this new grass. Great lies on every area of the course. Big greens.

Very hospitable Pro Shop

The guy in the pro shop was genuinely the most welcoming and friendly person I’ve ever come across while checking in for a round. Great little course to work on your irons and approach game. Icing on the cake, the course was in great condition, one of the best I’ve seen all summer so far. 10/10 recommend!

Great tune up course

The course has a good mix of challenges but nothing the average golfer can’t overcome. It’s hard to find a course in better condition this time of year the price. + shoutout to the gentleman in the pro shop. He is as kind as could be.

weed ridden fairways

Needed an Exec 9 to take the Mrs for a quick round. Greens in good shape, fairways were a weedy mess. Found out Sun City non-resident rates are the same for all courses, $40 for 9 on this dog track was ridiculous. Locals get $23 which is acceptable, I suppose.

We went to play golf my dad is in from out of town and is 79 years old , guy at desk said since we had a tee time at 4:07 he couldn’t let any carts go out , we couldn’t play because my dad needs a cart at his age, can you see about giving me a refund. Thank you

course in poor condition

the greens were like putting on cement. overall the course was dried and not very green. lots of maintenance going on throughout the course. took over 2 hours to play the 9 holes.

Staff

The guy at the clubhouse was extremely snarky. Needs some customer service training. On the flip side, the Marshall was extremely pleasant. Unfortunately, the first person you encounter is the crabby one.

9 hole course

Had a good time with a friend. Nothing too hard, just a leisurely 9 holes on an executive course. Seemed to be in pretty good condition for the time of year. Greens were well covered with over seed and seemed to roll pretty true. Enjoyed it here.
