Beautiful
Wife and I played this course on a Sunday morning. Place was definitely busy, but that is not a negative. Staff was very friendly. We got out on time, and were wowed. The first tee is beautiful. The fairways and first cuts were outstanding. The roughs were even nice! Very tough, but well manicured, greens. Tons of elevation change, so be prepared for that.
Beautiful place, fair price. Go play it.

Very challenging for my handicap. Beautiful layout and surroundings. Worth the drive from anywhere. The course was in fantastic shape.

Hidden Gem
Monticello gets all the attention but Tara is the more playable course. 130 slope and the course plays mostly in front of you. Medium sized greens are in pristine condition. Is there really a better grass than mini verde in south ga. It takes little to no upkeepand is great all ssummer. They rolled true all day. Tara is a hidden gem.
Really liked the layout
A very well layed out course with good risk/reward holes. This course in my opinion is well suited to players of all skill levels from average to low handicappers. The greens were in excellent condition and challenging at times due to the speed and pin placements. I would love the opportunity to play this course again. It has the potential to become my new favorite course in the area!
shoot shapers course
Must be able to shape shoots left and right for this course. Tee to green was in excellant shape. Watch out for those putts, not hard to run it by by 4 ft or more. Greens were smooth and slick.
