Shoreline Golf Links at Mountain View

This is inexpensive GC . but you can expect mountain view, normal size of length with many 4-5 pars. I came a little early but shop guy gave me the cart to go.

Shoreline consistently has some of the best prices and Hot Deals too. Lots of challenging tee positions and the regular weather elements will help you sharpen your game. Only small negative comment. There is no starter and is almost the Wild West at the 1st hole. Sometimes it’s best to start on back 9 first. I only wish the clubhouse would explore that practice. However if your patient. This is a great course.

They put 40 kids out there to do drills on the course and had us tee off right behind them. They took forever and ruined the greens. Extremely disappointing and cost me my round. The pro shop was very unhelpful

We waited at every hole because there was a tournament that was ahead of us. We complained to a marshal who did absolutely nothing to speed up the play. What is the point of a marshal?

Average conditions as usual (gopher holes and geese poop everywhere), but this was a new low for pace of play even by Shoreline’s low standards. Not sure I will come back here in the future.

poor conditions. grass all around is dead. greens are hard and not taken care of. Elderly regulars go and play and are the slowest players. really slow pace of play. best thing about this place is the view. it would be a fun and challenging course if it was better taken care of. the elderly players would hit about 70 yards and work their way up a long par 5 while walking because they typically want exercise. they shouldn't be allowed to walk.

The majority of the sand traps are lacking the one thing that makes them sand traps. SAND

Shoreline has the potential to be a good course, but it’s poorly maintained and the goose droppings are out of control on the fairways. It’s bad value for the money. If the management that runs the course took it’s maintenance seriously, it would be a very nice course. But management doesn’t seem to care. It’s a shame.
