Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club - Cypress/Marsh Course

This is one I will come back to. Very enjoyable to play. Interesting layout and excellent greens. Not super fast but very good for the time of year and great compared to the course we played the day before. (Lost Key)

We played Marsh and Cypress so I can't speak for the Lakes 9 but I'm sure it would be similar.

Staff was friendly. All in all a very good day.

Very nice course. Fairway shots are a little blind the first time around. Played as a single and the starter placed me where they was no hold ups. Only saw the beverage lady once but round was less than 3 hrs. Overall good experience.

Great track,I played the Lakes and the Cypress combination. I really enjoyed it, I would defenatley make it a must play if your in the Gulf Shores area. The cold apples were a treat!

I truly enjoyed my round. I was paired with three gentlemen who were gracious to allow me to play with them.

Staff was excellent, course was in good shape and I would definitely recommend to anyone. First time playing here, could shave several strokes with a little course knowledge.

There was a big rain about an hour before I got to the course, but it was in great shape. Staff was very friendly from proshop to marshals. I was able to play at a quick enjoyable pace. Greens were great, fairways were great, and rough was not

terribly penal but would make you guess if you would get a flyer or not. I highly recommend this course especially at $45 plus tax with a yardage book included (online special).

Just for your information, always book a tee time on their website. Usually the lowest price you will find. The course was great. The greens were fast and smooth and the rest of the course was in terrific shape. Nice driving range. There is water on just about every hole on the course so hit it straight. You should definitely either have a GPS or buy the yardage book because several of the lakes that are in play are not visible from the tee box. Overall it's a great course and I will play again if I have the chance.

Absolutely loved the course. It was in great condition and beautiful. The only thing that could be improved it having the range and practice tees set up in time to use for an early tee time.

Wow. This course is the best in Gulf Shores. We were on vacation and played a few courses in Gulf Shores and this was the best one by far. The staff was super friendly and the greens and fairways looked great. I will definitely be returning with my buddies next year.

there was a problem with the rate They wanted to charge me full price. I had to show them my conformation number from Golf Now. to get that price. I was disappointed in that. Course was great.

Both the Marsh and especially the Lakes were in excellent condition,still one more nine. Fairways,greens and Tee Boxes were in great shape.

This is one of the best courses that I have played in Gulf Shores, Ala. I have played

several courses in area, but Peninsula is always in great shape, staff is always

helpful and the layout of all 3 courses is great....will always come back here.

everything about peninsula was top notch. With the large fast greens I would like to see the holes about 5 times bigger than normal so a 2 putt would be possible!

It was a joy to play , greens and fairways in very good shape and green!!

Couple tough holes to start,but kinda your basic resort course.

Pace could have been better,but everyone was nice and busy.
