Remington Golf Club

Course was super dry and the greens were in rough shape. No bathrooms except for porta potty’s along the course and no places to refill water except for at the clubhouse. Probably my biggest gripe with Florida courses…it’s hot and places to refill water would be great.

For $25, we really couldn’t complain. We’re both high handicap golfers so we don’t really need pristine conditions to have a good time. Lower handicap golfers will probably want to play a course in better shape than this.

I have Played this course many times. This was by far the worst condition that I have seen this course. It is a good value for the heavily discounted rates. However, if you were looking for green greens and grass on the fairway, this is not a course for you

Course was in excellent shape and was well worth the $30. Will definitely play again next year.

Great course for the money. I’ve golfed for 40 years and never seen so much water on a course but still a playable course even for a new golfer.

Great value, interesting course, nice staff, highly recommend. Not fancy, greens quick, not perfect but improving. Challenging course, super value.

We have not had much rain but course seemed unusually dry. Tee blocks were bare, greens were hard and brown in many places.

Played there a few months ago and course was in much better shape.

Remington is a pretty nice golf course. The layout is good……the course conditions were a little dried out. You got good roll but the fairways were hard and tough to hit a wedge into the green. There hasn’t been much rain lately in Kissimmee.

I’ve played Remmy more times than I can remember and aside from during a very wet stretch of weather, this was the roughest it has been. Look, I happen to really appreciate and enjoy playing the course, its layout, and pace of play is usually favorable. Well, this Sunday, all of that was the same, plus a great price of 35 bucks. There’s a but though…. Tee boxes, greens, and fairways were rough. Believe me, I hate to say that because I want this course around forever, but they’re hurting right now. I’m no greens keeper and wouldn’t know where to begin to say why it’s like this right now, but it is. I really hope they can get it cleaned up soon!

Would I go back in current condition… yes… for 35.00, I have a lot of tolerance. Would an out-of-town visitor be disappointed if they traveled to Florida to enjoy our beautiful courses if they played here?? I’d have to think they would be profoundly disappointed.

I have faith in you Remington… see you again.

Great value and general condition okay for the price paid

It’s a pretty open course , Fairways were hard from lack of water) but there are grass mostly everywhere. Tee boxes were fine. Greens were dry and had many weeds and the color is not all green , with that said … somehow it didn’t really affect the roll of the ball. Greens were tough but rolled pretty true and fast . Due to the dry conditions on the fairways and rough, the ball really bounces high and in some cases will roll off into hazards or on the positive side, your drives goes longer than normal . Course needs improvement, but “don't judge this course by its grass color” lol . We would play again.
