Underrated

Greens were great. The course is in great shape, well worth the money. Pace of play was fine, hardly anyone out on the course, we went out on a Wednesday morning. Driving, chipping and putting range all in good shape as well.

Split personality

The tees & fairways were poor--lots of bare spots. On the other hand, the greens were great. They held the ball well and putted smoothly though they were a bit grainy.

Disappointing

The first couple of holes were fine, then most fairways were in terrible shape, full of large areas of bare sand. Not bad for a third world course but this is in premiere golf country!

Tatum Ridge

We play this course every few months. Since we were last at the course, conditions have gotten worse. Tee boxes are worn out and fairways are in rough shape. Worst thing is there is no water provided anywhere on the course. We will not be back anytime soon.

The course condition was poor. Many spots without grass and in many areas the grass has been browned.

I like the course, but I will wait until the course is in better shape.

The greens were OK, but slow.

The greens fee was very good, but not really worth it.

Soggy & burned out

Conditions are pretty rough right now. Tee boxes are pretty bad 3/10. Some were completely sand. FWs are pretty bad 3/10. Had to move my ball on to some grass on several holes. Greens were not bad at all 7/10.

Rough was long, wet and wild after some recent rains. Course does not drain well, no cart restrictions on a very wet day lead to many soggy areas getting torn up by spinning cart tires.

Great course

Greens are perfect fairways are nice and open of course some are dryer than the rest but they keep them in good shape for the most part. 100% will play again. Staff is always excellent as well
