Bull at Pinehurst Farms

First time playing The Bull and I wasn’t disappointed. Very windy and I felt it on the first 4 holes but much of the course is set lower than those holes and the wind wasn’t as bad. The course was in very good condition and is a great value comparing the rates to nearby Blackwolf Run.

Ours scores were terrible but we had a great time. We were just a twosome and we finished in just under 4 hrs. Mother Nature had more in mind when the gusts of wind were way over 30 mph. Still a blast to play the track.

Always love playing there. Only issue I had this time was a foursome four groups ahead of us decided to stop after nine and sit down to have lunch. By the time we made the turn, had to wait on every shot for the next seven holes. Otherwise, had a great time!

I had a tee time at 1:40 and we didn’t finish our ninth hole until almost 5:00pm. Groups were stacked up on every tee box on every hole. Didn’t see the marshal even one time…. My group was struck by 2 different golf balls while waiting on greens to clear from the impatient golfers stacked up behind us.(I’ve never even been hit by one..let alone two.) I am from out of state so I asked the young kid in the pro shop if he could do a 18 hole rain check instead of 9 because of the awful experience and time/cost for me to get back up here…They said “no we don’t do that”. I asked if this was unreasonable, and if I could speak with someone else about it to get them more information. He then ganged up on me with his buddy and told me to leave as they yelled “not at a top 100 course!”

They do not care about your experience, they just want your money. I’ll waive the white flag if I’m the only one to have a problem like this. If you have experienced something like this here, let me know!

I think this is one of the best courses in Wisconsin. Beautiful piece of land filled with woods and water, hills and ravines. I think it's fairly priced and more accessible than the courses that get a lot more publicity. And at the fall rate, this track is a steal. Play it. It's a fun and gorgeous course and an enjoyable challenge.

Course was in excellent condition, even though it had rained the night before 1.5 inchs. It was cart p[ath only. after that amount of rain the sand traps were playable.

The carts do not have GPS as was indicated when we booked the tee time

Staff was outstanding! Very professional, helpful, friendly and provided a wonderful experience!

Many people visiting wisconsin tend to visit Kohler or Sand Valley, but don't miss out on The Bull. This is an incredibly unique course in Wisconsin that features a beautiful and challenging layout that works the amazing river view and woodland landscapes into it's design. The course was in fantastic condition and the staff are all very accommodating and friendly.
