White Heron Golf Club

Everywhere we went in Orlando golfers were asking about White Heron. According to the locals, the course had fallen into disrepair and was undergoing renovations, including all new greens. The money was well spent, because the course was in excellent shape and the greens were challenging (fast and undulating) but looked new. For a rate of $56 that includes range balls it is a value, and we will be back next year to see what other changes are in store.

we went out late to try and avoid the crowds , first 5 holes were good then we got behing a 2 and a 4 who were letting no one thru. nearly and hour and 15 for 4 holes. we played the front nine again no way to get 18 in behind the four ball. a ranger would have soved the issue...

slow play - do any courses have rangers any more or do they not care any more. white heron dont care.

This is a must do course if you're a golfer. It's a challenging course with plenty of opportunities to excel, but you must play with care. This course could make day or visa versa. But one thing is clear ... it's a wonderful course that is well designed, maintained, and fun. A must go golf course.

Awesome course, fast greens, challenging due to narrowness. Pace of play was slow but not unbearable…

Driving range needs upgrading, new pro shop & cafe. Food was good. Would recommend to friends = Yes.

Course played well. Played multiple times, green hard to read. I'm no expert but the others in my group were shaking their heads also.

Still will play again.

Good value when compared to other courses in the area.

Investments made in the course are paying off. Greens are coming along nicely. Firm and running true. Fairways were in good shape. most tee boxes were good.

A few holes no longer match skygolf and golf shot records so watch distances and electronic scoring was a challenge .

First time in Orlando for golf for many years, only had one opportunity, this was absolutely worth it. While they are doing a few course repairs, I don't feel that it interfered with the game at all.

Greens were super fast and often deceptive, course layout was excellent with lots of interesting water and bunker placements. The sand was excellent; no hardpan anywhere! (Shouldn't have to say that, but...)

Staff was excellent as well, helpful and friendly.

I played the White Heron Glof Course a few years ago a while after the total course refurbishment and have to say was very impressed with the amount of work that was carried out ie lakes cleared paths and bridges refurbished and great fairways, only criticism the greens were very disapointing.

Came back in November 22 course was closed due to the greens being refurbished.

Played in January absolutly superb greens course was in fantastic condition and great value for money.

Would highly recomend.

Newest changes improved the course, especially the greens. Greens rolled nice but being be they are still a big firm and even high approach shots don’t stick. Like the changes to holes #1. 3, and 13. Fun and fair Course to play.

Went out at 6:52, felt like we were out there alone, course is in great condition, people have said it went through a rough patch but really does rank up there with some of the best my group has played, fun round.
