Tanglewood Golf and Country Club

They are repairing two greens right now and will finish the all greens in 2023 I believe. They have some temp greens on the fairway. Not their fault. But course is

very narrow at times. Good course, especially for a beginner like me. A little challenging at times.

An awesome all around experience at Tanglewood. Great people and a Helluva hidden Gem . I will play here frequently.

Other than two greens being redone and having to use temporary greens, the course was in good shape. The staff was super friendly and pace of play was great. Will be back:-)

They allow a group of 15+ regulars to play in groups of fives and opposed to letting faster play though you are gawked at like u shouldn’t be crowding the group lol . Kills the entire flow of the course for anyone else. No mention by Golfnow of greens under construction for same priced hot deal as when there are no greens under repair. Two temporaries and just about all the rest verticut even though very soft. Made for a mess regarding a putting surface. Gentlemen running the pro shop together had the personality of one individual with none whatsoever lol! Sheesh!! Young lady on bev cart was delightful and the cart guy was nice as well! Short track and even though there are tee markers for blue tee yardages, there were no separate boxes or blue tees to be found?? The whites were positioned all the way back and measured around what was posted on markers so idk. Nice layout for limited space. Won’t be back

Staff was super friendly. The greens were the slowest I’ve ever played and the fairways were just ok and overall a somewhat boring flat layout. It wasn’t worth the 30+ mile drive for me.

As a first time to this course, I found the layout very accepting to my way of playing golf. Fairways were in superb condition .

Played with my wife and a friend and found the course to be in good shape and looking forward to returning

I enjoyed the staff who were very hospitable when I checked in for my tee time. Ellen & Tom are very customer oriented and provide the atmosphere of family! The course was in good shape and tee boxes were quite challenging for the white tees. Some greens were a bit new and getting the ball to stop was a challenge as well. Pace of play excellent and C-19 procedures in place to ensure no contact with course equipment. Drinks were reasonable and recommend this course to anyone

Playing golf challenging course. Good conditions in general.

Booked through golfnow, when I showed up they had someone else in my time slot and they would not honor the pricing that a reserved from golf now even though I had the reservation confirmation. They also moved me back an hour from my reserved tee time

This course is wonderful. Can't wait for july so that my uncles,cousins ,friends and father can play this course

I enjoy playing here. Very friendly and the beverage cart is awesome.

Typical Tanglewood conditions except the greens have been verticut - very bouncy and inconsistent.

Course was nice but one of the staff was kind of pushy. I had my son who just started to play and is getting the hang of it but is slower. There was not anyone behind us for at least 3 holes. Will play here again.
