I play the Palms and Cypress often. This was my first time trying the Oaks. I was disappointed with the condition of the course. Fairways were sandy. Felt like I was playing of dirt a good part of the course. The greens were decent no complaints there. If you play Palmaire play the Palms or Cypress.
