Westridge Golf Club is a challenging layout designed by Robert Muir Graves, a familiar name in California golf. Graves has designed many of the state's most popular courses including Boundary Oak in Walnut Creek and Quail Lodge Golf Club in Carmel. At just under 6,450 yards, Westridge G.C. is seemingly short but what it lacks in length it makes up for with more than 60 sand bunkers strategically placed alongside the narrow fairways and sloping greens. There are also some holes that offer interesting risk-reward opportunities for adventurous big hitters. The elevation changes throughout provide difficult uphill and downhill shots that will depend almost entirely on proper club selection. Water hazards also come into play on four holes. The golf course finishes with a dramatic par 5 that plays downhill against the winds to a rolling fairway and then into a fiercely protected green.

6 hour round
Had a 10:04 tee time, and didn’t even get the key for our cart till then. Once we got to the 1st tee box, there was a group on the box, another one in the fairway, and another one on the green. It played like that all day long leading us to finish at 4:00pm. Maybe spread out the times so they are more than 8 minutes between groups. Can’t say I’m going to be in a rush to play this course again anytime soon.

Didn't get finish the course. Pace of play too slow and group of head of us hit more than one ball. Marshall not pushing for quicker play.
