Glenlakes Golf Club in Foley, Alabama, widely regarded as one of the Gulf Coast's premier golf facilities and the area's best value, features 27 holes of unforgettable golf. The 18-hole, links-style Dunes Course, a Devlin-Von Hagge layout, is a 6,912-yard, par-72 championship test that will evoke the feeling of Scottish links golf -- strategic mounding, extensive bunkering and undulating fairways and greens. The clubhouse at Glenlakes is the perfect place to start and finish your golf experience. The golf shop carries the latest in accessories and apparel, while other amenities include a dining room, locker rooms, lounge and an intimate social room with a fireplace where you can relax after your round. Glenlakes' practice facility boasts an expansive natural grass tee area plus separate chipping and putting greens.

Greens

Great course but the greens aren’t in the best shape for the price you’re paying, albeit fall conditions, but the fairways and tee boxes were fine. Everything else is top notch, but the greens are in better shape elsewhere for right now. Will be back and would recommend if $80+ isn’t a big deal.

Played the dunes/ vista 18 today. Dunes is harder for sure with mounds making for uneven lies just off fairways. Greens were quick but pretty smooth. Pace of play was slower on this side. Vista was a bit more forgiving , overall a good value for the price . Pro shop ppl were nice . Would play again

a poor experience

A very disappointing day; course overall in pretty poor condition. Very crowded but most twosomes and singles were not paired up so that pace of play was excruciatingly slow. Left after first 9 holes that took nearly 3 hours to complete. Unlikely to return.
