Decent Course
The fairways were in good shape. The tee boxes and greens were not the best I've seen in the many times we've played here.
Very Disappointed
Course has a good layout and everything but the maintenance keeping up the course is just very disappointing. For the price you pay you’d think you would at least get something comparable but unfortunately they have lets the grounds (more specifically the greens) go down the drain.
Greens in bad shape
Too many holes cart path only and greens in bad condition We had called that morning to check about cart path only but we were not told correct information.
Where’s the green?
I understand that it’s early in the season, but if you’re open and charging to play there should be at least one blade of grass on the greens. There was none. On any green! So wierd and frustrating. Not a good situation. We’ve played this course before in Feb-Mar and it wasn’t like this.
I would not recommend this course in Feb-Mar.
Very poor greens after freeze
The greens suffered quite a bit with the last freeze, which is too bad because they were starting to come back to life.
Slow play
My wife & I played 18 at 2:30. On the 3rd hole we got stuck behind a group of 7 young guys all playing together! So slow- we could not come close to getting 18 in. Disappointed they let a group of 7 play together?? Also the greens were not good quality-- not going back.
Loved the layout
A higher rating but for condition of the greens. All probably related to the winter recovery period. The people are wonderful!!! The closure of the food service at 4 pm was disappointing, as would have liked to hangout with friends and grab a bite. I think being an out of towner it’s just related to the early February season.
Last deep freeze hurt the greens.
Played 2 weeks ago and greens were coming out of their winter slumber. But this time the freeze seemed to have a very negative effect as they were brown green growth was barely perceptible. Fairways were water logged, but that was normal due to the all day downpour that finally stopped at 6am on gold day. Will play again this Thursday so hope it has improved.
Latest Round
The greens were absolutely terrible, no grass.
No ball wash in any holes.
Pace of play was almost 3 hour for 1st nine had foursome with two small boys, waited on every tee box.
Very disappointed, I also had reserved my tee time only to find out the clubhouse gave it to someone else.
We ended up with a 5 some.
Not at all impressed with course or how it is managed.
Terrible Greens
Might as well putt on a pool table on most greens, basically dead!
