About
The 18-hole Falcon's Fire Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL is a public golf course that opened in 1993. Designed by Rees Jones and Greg Muirhead, Falcon's Fire Golf Club measures 7006 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 135 and a 73.2 USGA rating. The course features 4 sets of tees for different skill levels. The greens are tifdwarf bermuda and the fairways are bermuda grass.
Falcon's Fire, a Rees Jones and Greg Muirhead signature masterpiece, is typically wide open, however, shot accuracy is essential. Fairways and greens are well bunkered, and water hazards are a common occurrence.

There was no one to transport clubs from bag drop and you were not allowed to take the cart to either your car or the bag drop. The individual managing the carts was rude and arrogant. We are 75 years old and had to carry our bags up and down a steep hill.
Beutiful Course
Always a treat to play. For value reasons, we took a Twilight tee after 2 pm only to find out upon arrival that all beverage and food options closed at 2:30. saw a beverage cart on the front 9 then never again even after calling the pro shop to send her around as it was 100 degrees that day. That said, this course is spectacular and kept in great shape.

Worst round of golf I’ve played in Florida
Joke of a course, they gave us a dead cart and complained when we asked for a new one and made us end our round early, course was nice but overpriced (typical Orlando) definitely a $30-$40 course in Ontario. Water your Greens!

Nice course , golfer friendly. Fairways were very good , greens need a little attention , which they are getting as they are being repaired. We played late afternoon and the rate was the reason .

Nice course.
This was our second time playing Falcon's Fire. The course is in very good playing condition. Greens were in good conditon and read true. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Carts in great shape and equipped with GPS for convenience. Clubhouse and ammenities were nice and made for an enjoyable couples outing.

Great layout, friendly staff, very good practice facilities. For some reason, the greens are being kept super slow, but a fun and challenging course to play.

Not nearly as bad as reviews ...
Many of the previous reviews sound like country club people. This course is in better condition than many say. The twilight rate is the best in the entire area. Greens were slow, but not horrible. Fairways are good enough to roll. Tee boxes are fine.
Carts .. they'll tell you they are ok, but they aren't! Had a cart that couldn't do 4 mph, took it back and they said it's ok, they'll all like that! Wrong! I dropped that thing and rode with another guy and his cart worked as it should! That's a huge negative .. the employees trying to CONVINCE us that they know what they're doing, when they are WRONG! Switch carts, even if you have to wait, and don't listen to them.

Would play again
Played a number of courses in last 3 weeks and would rate the fairways as the best we’ve played, The tee boxes however we’re in very poor condition, greens were in reasonable condition, pace of play was acceptable.

Greens are trashed
Played a cheap twilight round ad thankful that I paid no more than $25. Greens are absolutely cratered and trashed some patches are under repair but still poor. A morning round is still $100+ which is crazy considering the condition.

Excellent course
Falcon’s Fire is more than I usually pay to play golf but every time I am in Orlando, I make sure to play it. The staff are professional and friendly, I can get a fairly early tee time, the course is challenging but fair. It has always been in excellent condition when I have played there. This week I played with two other singles and the pace of play couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend playing Falcon’s Fire.
