Good bones
Greens were very slow, Trent Jones Sr is one of the best but mowing patterns have altered greens and made them smaller that he intended course needs a makeover. Still decent but not exceptional and it could be
Great condition
Course was in great shape when I went, greens rolled well and tee boxes were perfect. Paid $90 for the summer morning rate which seems far enough. Biggest issue with the course was the lack of water stations throughout!

Was not what I had expected—-played mustang last year and it was great- but Flamingo not so —not a bad course but not good either
