Scenic Hills Country Club

About
Unlike many other courses in the state, Scenic Hills Country Club sprawls across a scenic landscape of rolling hills. In addition to the dramatic elevation changes throughout the course, the holes are sharply framed by towering pines that line the fairways. The holes play to generous putting surfaces that provide a variety of hole placements, but its best to play to the middle of the greens since there are strategically placed bunkers guarding all of the greens. Water hazards also come into play on six holes, but they require only minimal forced carries. Scenic Hills C.C. opens with what is arguably its most challenging holes. The par-4 hole plays downhill to a green that is not only protected on both the left and right with bunkers, but there is also a steep-faced bunker that is not visible from the fairway.

Worst course around
This golf course reminded me of a goat ranch half of the greens didn’t even have grass. They were also sanding the greens. Do not pay money for this course. I recommend you skip this course.
Just Wow
Just abysmal, worst course i’ve stepped foot on in 3 years.
Perhaps the worst course of all time
I think if you took somebody from a third world country to this course, they would probably not want to play. I think I have seen better putting surfaces at the beach. I am not sure who runs the place, but people need to stop giving them money and perhaps open up an investigation on to what truly gets done at the place. It is honestly impressive how quickly they managed to run the place into the ground. At this point the course is better off going out of business. Save your time. Save your money. Go play literally anywhere else. For those who would understand, this is a place that Bobby Berger would take Joey ColdCuts as a prank.
No dirt on the greens
Title says it all. There are no greens, only browns because they’re all dirt. The bunkers are atrocious. Fairways are alright. Dude up at the pro shop is rude. I live in Pensacola and I wouldn’t play this course again is it was $20 a round and they charge the same amount as the nicest course in town. Do yourself a favor and either play Cyprus, Marcus point, or AC Reed. Do not waste your money here.
Don’t waste your money
The course conditions were some of the worst I have ever seen in my life, especially the greens. It was almost comical how many ruts and patches of thick grass were strewn across there mud pits of so called “greens”. The only redeeming quality of this course was the pace of play because no one wants to play it.
Scenic Hills
Course conditions were deplorable. Didn’t know this when we made our tee times.
Broken bridges, no irrigation and no grass on the greens.
It is a shame the course isn’t the same as the clubhouse which was outstanding
Save your money!
Greens uniformly brown. They lost their well pump several weeks ago and haven’t been able to irrigate or fertilize. We are in a dry spell as well in this area. Needed a drill to place some tees! Hopefully now that the pump is fixed those greens will come back, but it won’t be any time soon.
Needs work
Greens were in bad shape, some sand traps were unplayable. Sprinklers on at two holes. Carts were nice. Tee boxes so hard you couldn’t use a tee.
High Fire Threat
Worst course I've ever played. All of the greens are so dried out the grass has died and you can leave your divot tool at home. The Tee Boxes were so hard you needed a drill to position your tee. The Fairways were so dry and hard your ball would bounce 20 feet in the air.
Conditions
Water system down. Everything was brown. Can’t believ they charge anyone to play or tell you prior
Unfriendly, no cart person for drinks and snacks course was nice layout but putting greens were a 0 out of 10
