Patriots Glen Golf Club

The course is ok considering it sat there unattended for a few years. Not ready for the price yet. Should be half the cost.
Greens are still not finished, rough is horrible and fairways look bad. Overall it is a low end course .

This course has a great layout. I am very happy Patriots Glen is making a comeback! With each month that passes everything is coming back more and more. If you play here you will not be disappointed at all

I played here a week ago & the fairways & rough needed to be cut & it made for a frustrating day. Played yesterday after most of the course was just cut, what a difference. Great variety of holes & a fairly long course. Great course to play when they keep up with the mowing. The traps all need work though.

First time playing this course since it reopened and would definitely come back. Was the course in pristine condition? No, but considering that they only opened back up last year they have come back well. Some of the fairways still have some bad spots in them, but for the most part they were fine. Had no problems with the greens either. Talked to a few of the crew working the course and they said the greens were all dirt last year. They've done a good job bringing them back. Only problem we had the whole day was the pace of play. We had 2 twosomes ahead of us, that should've been paired up from the start. The 2 in front of us waited on every hole til the other twosome reached the greens, even on par 5's!! then they'd proceed to shank a ball or 2 into the woods and hit another one off the tee. They'd spend 5-10 minutes looking for their lost ball while we waited on the tee. At the turn I asked the older guy in the Pro Shop if he could go out and pair the twosomes up and he said the ranger should have done that in the beginning and that's what was holding up play! He walked away and never did send a ranger out. The only time we saw a ranger was when he was bringing a club back to the twosome ahead of us. never out there checking pace of play.
Other than the pace of play, we felt we got our money's worth from the course and will be back to try it again and check on their improvements!

Course is coming back after being shut down a couple years ago. Fairways could use work at a number of holes. Greens are I. Good shape, but not very fast. Hope they continue to put some work into as this could be a very nice course.

the course was not well kept there was beer cans EVERYWHERE from an event 2 days ago. There was dog droppings all around the cart path by hole 5. We had to pay almost double what we were told on the phone. We also were told that they offered military discounts knowing that our tee time was on a Sunday then when we got there we could not use it because it was a weekend. The staff was not very friendly about the whole ordeal. And they don't even have free water!

I have never played Patriots Glen because friends of mine have told me that it was in terrible shape due to neglect. Apparently it was a very nice course at one time. Since it has new owners l decided to give it a try. I really enjoyed my round. lt is a challenging course in pretty good shape. The tee boxes and fairways were very nice, the grass on the greens was a liitle long but the young man in the pro shop explained that they were letting them grow a bit to complete the needed repairs from years of neglect. l will definitely play there again.

Course was taken over and is being revived. Greens are getting quicker and smoother. Beautiful layout and clubhouse. New kitchen served quick and easy food. Breakfast available Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Stopped by to paly at 2 pm. No carts as clubhouse is shut down with no electric. Cart guy is collecting cash green fees in parking lot . Took off.
