Layout had water on almost every hole fairways were tight. Rough and fairways basically the same. Greens were in good shape you could tell they took care of them. Hard to control ball because it was so windy that once your ball got above tree line it was hard to tell what your ball would do. Sometimes it would carry and other time no carry. Wind would take your ball right out of play and if you tried to play the wind sometimes ball would break and other times nothing. Course in general not that impressive. I’m a 12 handicap and I thought it was a hard day out there because of the wind mostly. Overall course not in bad shape.

Nice course with one of the better practice facilities in the area. Played on the Sunday of a long weekend and got around in 4 hours. Very good value and I recommend it.

This course is very wet, ball plugged on every shot. It seems to be set in wetlands all around with very poor drainage, it is like playing on a wet sponge.

Very busy day, not sure if it is like that all the time, no ranger to move people along. tees can be better, fairways are wet, some naked areas, greens were slow and bumpy, can use a cut and roll.

Even the attendant in the pro-shop seemed to have an issue with the price i paid for golf, not sure the exact problem there. I don't mean to be overly negative but there are better courses for the price, I think they can do better.

This is a challenging course with water all over it....Some you must fly... others around you go. If you miss the grass you are either in the swamps or the canals/lakes. Pace of play had the usual snowbird effect but was not awful.

This is about my 6th round in the last few weeks, all with different players at different courses and overall none of us could putt. Maybe the number of golfers walking on the greens have them flattened and made them hard to read...but no putts are falling anywhere.

I'm sure it must be their signature hole. I believe it was the 3rd hole, a par-3 over water about 165 yards. Picturesque and scary at that same time. Proud to say I put it 20 feet left of the hole and parred it! But, watch out for the ski boats! Yes, ski boats. There are a couple spots where the ski boats go by and signs state "watch out for ski boats". Greens were great. Course doesn't measure long but you'll feel the length as there is enough trouble and water where you have to positions shots. Staff is great. You'll enjoy this course.

The course is always ready to play. Slow pace of play today. Course in decent shape. Tee areas could use a little work.

this course is a fair price for the condition. The staff is very friendly. We have stayed for lunch both times we played food was very good.

Pretty good little course, get you out and around in a pretty fast pace. Greens are average, bunker by green are full of beach sand but forget most fairway bunker, they need work. Many birds around and surrounding villas are pretty impressive in a nicely put together community. With a little more investment in fairway this course would be impressive. Would go back as 4 or 5 holes needs to have been played to know where to hit it. Definitely good value for your money.

I know they have had some ownership problems and they are trying to bring the course to great playing conditions.

Tee area need the most work.
