Shingle Creek Golf Club

Great place to play awesome layout and very friendly staff. Tough to play with the greens aerated but it’s gotta get done hence my review score.

The green was aerated, thats why i gave 2 star. this course always in great shape except for the next 3 weeks.

It was a top notch course. Everyone was friendly, the course was in top shape and had a great layout. In case the course reads this, if you are going to charge 3.75 for a..75 cent gatorade it should be on ice and very cold and you should see the cart girl more than once during the round.

Flew in for a few days and called ahead last week to see if they've aerated the greens recently and they said it was a few weeks ago - but that was not true. Show up 06/06/22 and they admitted to punching the greens more recently. Sucks, I would have played elsewhere if they were honest about their aeration. Not sure if it was malicious or not, but sucks to pay full price and be misled. Nice course though

Although the greens were a struggle since they had been recently punched, the course itself was in pristine condition. The starter and the club house employees were very helpful. Will look forward to playing this course again!

Tee boxes are uncharacteristically in very poor condition. Very little grass and mostly just sand.

Fairways are nice and most of the sand traps are okay.

But the greens are terrible. Been punched and are like putting on a sidewalk. Just call it a two put and move on.

The course layout was ok (typical resort course but nothing fantastic or dramatic) and the staff was really friendly. Great amenities but the course was just not in great condition. The greens had been punched (looked like 2 weeks or so ago) and they had cart path only for some reason, which made the pace of play far slower than it should have been. I wish I had known the greens were that bad - would have played somewhere else. I won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for the next 4-6 weeks as you will be disappointed.

Greens have not recovered from aeration.; horrible shape. Back nine was cart path only. In addition it rained.

The course conditions should have been added to the Tee Time Notice.

Nothing to say about Shingle Creek other than they are always doing a great job from the time you get there to the time you leave! The reason for this review is to highlight and put GN on notice for their lack of communication to loyal customers/members. The course was just aerated on greens and they were so new that the course shut down the back nine holes. GN should know this about every course they have relationships with and notify their customers when courses are in repair and/or partially closed due to routine maintenance. It’s not the courses responsibility to notify GN, it’s GN responsibility to find out and keep there website updated for their customers. I didn’t find out about the aerated greens and course closure on back nine until I got to the course and checked in. I would not have paid what I did if I had known. Terrible job GolfNow! Great job Shingle Creek and keep up the great work! I will be back, love this course! Unfortunately, I Can’t say I’ll use GN to book the next round there.

Worst conditions possible. Do not play. Usually a really good course. Aeration on greens are necessary and they are brutal now. But the tee boxes are a mess. Grass bunches, uneven horrifying condition. Pace of play was the worst and no cart services.

Range quality was awful also.

Staff was nice!

I picked up a hot deal round at Shingle Creek with a noon tee time. The clubhouse staff seemed preoccupied and the starter was in a group discussion. I was supposed to get range balls but driving range was closed. The fairways were decent but the greens were being Aerated; so, putting was by chance. My past experiences here were great; hope my next visit will be too.

Great course. Love playing there.

Playing my face off this time didn’t hurt either! Haha

Fairways and greens were in great condition. Tees could use some work, but they’re for driving anyway. Overall great course to play.
