Shingle Creek Golf Club
About
Shingle Creek Golf Club lies along historic Shingle Creek in Orlando - the headwaters to the Florida Everglades. This par-72 David Harmon-designed course is not only near the happenings of International Drive, it's also offers easy access from Orlando International Airport with what seems like its own exit off the Beeline (Toll Road 528) at Universal.
It has a lush terrain, significantly undulating fairways, interconnecting waterways, and magnificent panoramic views from their centralized 23,000 square foot clubhouse. Dense oaks and pines border the course

Shingle Creek's par-4 12th is one of the new holes, which Thad Layton and team knitted adeptly into the existing course. Big fan of this bunker cluster. Photo submitted by TimGavrichGP on 10/27/2017

Confused
I come here once a year , I’m from out of state! Normally it’s in better shape, but last year and this year it’s in bad shape! The other golfer and I were really surprised that two years in a row like this ! the fairways are all but mud , and the greens had actual patches of grass growing on them ???? it was as if the laborers didn’t want to do any work and then I literally got followed around for nine holes!!!! Yes nine! The gentleman I golfed with was also from out of state his name was Jim and it was his first time and I actually kept him this is a beautiful course but by whole four I said I have no idea what this place is doing and why these workers are doing this to us ??? the funny part was I was actually trying to stick up for this place with the guys cutting the lawn and stuff in front of us I even took pictures and sent again I could not believe they were doing this
Steamy day
It was hot but when you are playing a beautiful course like this you take in the moment. Superb course. Thanks to all who make this place what it is, a great golf venue.
Round on the 16th
The course was in pristine conditions, the greens were exceptional, had to be at least 10 or 11 on Stimp. All Postitive. Some pins weren't realistic for a resort course. It felt like on several holes we were playing in the club championship. Lastly, OVER BOOKED, OVER BOOKED, OVER BOOKED. Besiides the 5 plus hour round everything else was great.
High Handicappers beware!
This may be a resort course, but fast firm fairways, lots of water and large undulating greens make it a real challenge. Best to not keep score so you can fully appreciate the layout. Staff is mostly indifferent - the starter was nowhere to be found and I almost teed off on the wrong nine because he was not available at my tee time.
Poor Customer Service and 5.5 hour rounds
Our foursome teed off at 3:40 pm, and we finished at 8:30. In the dark. When this was brought to the club house leaders attention nothing was done….only a sorry about that. No starter to be found. The course allowed 6 players to play together which ultimately caused the bad experience. Very surprised, and disappointed by the poor service
Great course
Great course. It was in immaculate condition with the PGA US Open Qualifier this week.
Great course to play
Course was in great shape. Just the right level of challenges to test your game.
Friday the 13th
Teed off at 530 and managed to get through 16 holes. Course is in awesome shape right now. Greens were firm, also rolling fast and true. Range balls included always a plus. Definitely worth it on a hot deal. Was told they are punching greens after May 22nd.
Immaculate but slowwww
Greens were firm and fast, entire course was in great condition, nice practice facility, but waited on almost every tee, 5 hour round on Wednesday afternoon
Good condition. Mats on driving range
120 bucks and you gotta hit off mats on the driving range. Course was nice
Shingle Creek
Staff was great, loved the course. After round ate at Tobias and the service and food was great. Played in 4 hours 15 minutes.
Shingle creek
Excellent course in great condition. Played TPC sawgrass the day before and the greens at shingle creek were just as quick. Excellent layout, eagle on 8th hole made the experience!
Fabulous day
Cannot fault this course, everything was in top condition. The lunch at the clubhouse before our game was very tasty. The fairways were a delight to play off, the greens were very fast so took a while to get used to. Overall a great days golf.
Disappointing
Shingle Creek is usually a go to when we go down to Orlando. And this time we teed off around 240 and by 6 o’clock we were only on hole 13 due to the course being backed up we decided to leave.
