Bear Creek Golf Club - West Course

Booked West, but put on East which was slightly unsettling at first. Very nice layout of holes, some greens aerated, which is unusual this time of year, and not expected. Other greens in great condition. Fairways in good shape but some rough areas around greens, off-fairway withouth grass and had you hit out of stones and red dirt. Should be addressed. Had a very enjoyable round overall.

East course greens are too hairy. Hard to putt out there. Overall a good course though. Pace of play was around 4 hours for a Sunday afternoon - not bad at all.

They have made some nice improvements to the club house. The course is in good shape.

Ok course if you don’t mind taking 5:30 hours for 18 holes (this was one of the first times of the morning)had very slow group in front of us and Marshall’s refused to do anything. For $80, it’ll be worth your while to find somewhere else..officially done playing here.

Tee boxes could use some work. Whatever process they use for hole cutting isn't working because the plugs don't seem to take. You could see the last 20 hole positions on each green. We played early and the sand trap's were impossible.
