Course will challenge you. Course is quite tough, especially on the back nine. Course in very good condition. Just a little overpriced. If you're in Orange County, this course will test all your game. If you've got the budget, you'll enjoy it

Staff was great. The on course “Cart person” was exceptional. Two totally different style 9’s. Price a bit high for Seniors.. we played Arroyo Trabuco the day before and had an equally fine experience for $50 less per person.

Loved the course but expensive for an inland course.

Being this is my favorite course in O.C i was excited to play it again.

But at the time of this review Southern Cal has had lots of rain in the past month so

The course was soggy and wet which i expected but the greenery and scenery made up for it.

just note its Cart Path only so call the starter to confirm if they have lifted the rule.

the fairways are very nice but still wet, the rough is extremely high due to the rainfall so bring more balls than you normally do just in case. The greens are A+++ and in great shape.

FYI some holes might be backed up bc golfers might be looking for their balls in the rough so patience is key. i would play this course when the sun has dried the course out a little bit if you want favorable scoring. i would recommend bringing some type of rain pants as the mud will be on your calf area. If you have "range shoes, wear them.

the course is beautiful as the rain has made it much greener but wet.

i love this course and will def be back in drier conditions.

There had been a lot of rain a couple days before, but the course was just soaked. shots down the fairway and around the green were often times hitting out of puddles, and the grass in the fairways was way too long.

The course was cool and the set up was really solid, but the conditions made it less than desireable.

Good rate of play, overpriced food/drinks but as expected. Little disappointed it was cart path only. Course was in excellent shape. Teed off exactly at 1pm and our foursome was able to finish 17. The group ahead was teeing off on 18 in the dark with a group ahead of them on the green. Not bad considering we paid half as much as they did!

Very challenging but very nice course. Overall great condition and pace of play, would repeat.

Amazing course. Clubhouse staff is the worst in OC.

Tijeras Creek is a great course, with challenging layout and greens !

The coarse was under seasonal maintenance, over-seeding, green aeration, driving range closed and cart path only. I'm 63 with having had two back surgeries and can't handle the extra walking. They said I checked a box agreeing to those conditions, but I read over the web page booking online and didn't see all of that. I wondered why the price was so reasonable. I've played there many times and know that was much less than normal. I was in question as to why. It became obvious when I arrived.

Had we known the course was being aerated and overseeded we would not have booked. It was completely unplayable yesterday and we quit after 9 holes.
