The Country Club at Soboba Springs

We had a great time out at Soboba - weather was warm and the flies from the dairy farm were a bit overwhelming this time out but over all it was a blast!

Overall, the course is in great condition EXCEPT for the greens. The greens have two types of grass and that gives your putts a bumpy ride to the hole....lots of 3 putts!!

Gem in the desert. Often the pictures of the course are not an accurate depiction of the actual place you are expecting. This one, what you get is what you see! Great time. I played as a single, met up with two really friendly guys from Murietta and had a very enjoyable morning. Recommend highly!

6:40 a.m. tee time. I was 2 minutes late & our group teed off. The next group up let us play through. It was overcast & damp so greens were receptive. Course was in great condition except the rough was up (approx. 2-3 inches) which made it very penal for myself & my playing partner. Other than the rough Soboba was outstanding!

Good track, but honestly, not a lot of personality or memorable holes. a lot of the holes have adjoining fairways, and if it's busy, you could be in jeopardy. (Not all, but quite a few)
Greens were perfect, and the fairways were in incredible good shape for the drought conditions.

Is this a bucket list course. No, but a fun course to play if you're in the area.

This course has lots of twists and turns to go with layout along the waterholes. Love playing here.

The course was in good shape consiidering the drought and greens were true and rolled well. Aaron in the Pro Shop was very friendly and able to get me on the first tee right away. The course is a great layout and fun to play. I will play there again soon.

Considering the drought situation the course is in amazing shape.

The Fairways and Greens are in great shape. The course will play to the novice as well as the experience players.
The only down fall was that the beverage cart kept driving away from us. Never once came close enough to flag down.

Great course. First visited about 1 month ago. Hence the review title. Great Conditions. Possible the best course in the area for the rate. Booked on golf now and got a great rate. Lower than what was on their website. Lush fairways, boxes, and greens. Nothing negative to say of the course. Played from the blues, which more play like whites. Drove 45 minutes to return. Well worth the drive. Internet pictures hold true to what you get when you arrive. I've attached some to confirm that.

My wife and I enjoy playing Soboba! We have so many choices where we live but because of pace of play we play east of where we live and the drive from where we live to the course has to be 40-50 miles one way. The pace of play is usually kept on time, yesterday was an exception I think because of the holiday, so we flew around the course. The staff is usually friendly and the course overall is usually in good condition.

Beautiful course and a great layout. Fairways were in excellent shape and you need to hit the fairways. Miss the fairway and you will find yourself in fairway bunkers or nestled down in the rough. Greens were a little slow and bumpy from being punched and sanded about a week ago, but they were still in good shape. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I can't wait to play it again.

Played for 17 bucks. Can't bet less than a dollar a hole

Course is maintained very well. Priced in the 30 dollar range. The only down side is the drive getting there. There is no way to avoid all the traffic lights. But worthy the trip.

Arrived early and got out right away. Very few people on the course. Not surprizing as the greens had just been punched and top dressed with sand. Course is flat flat and not very interesting. Not worth the drive from Palm Springs and certainly didn't live up to it's ratings in GolfNow.

It's hard for a course like Soboba Springs to live up to its glory days when it hosted the Nationwide Tour (now the Web.com Tour) from 2009-2012. When the spotlight and crowds and TV cameras go away, it's easy to let conditions slip. That hasn't happened. Soboba Springs was one of my favorite courses during a recent five-day, six-round swing through southern California. The water features on 10 holes add significant shot value and strategy to the layout. The par 3s on the front nine are great short iron shots that are essentially do or die with water in front. The uphill 11th hole has great character with a tree blocking the left side of the wicked green. The mountain backdrop creates the scenery necessary for a pleasant day of golf.

My boyfriend and I played here for the first time. There wasn't a lot of players that day so they let us start before our tee time. Weather was really nice, course was in pretty good condition. Overall, we had a good time.

As usual Soboba Springs always offers a good time, very pleased with everything.
