only complaint is that the traps had standing water and are dirt rather than sand makes playing out of the the traps difficult.

I really like the setup of the course, the maintenance leaves a bit to be desired. Fun course in the layout that kept challenges coming but forgiving enough for even a novice player to enjoy it. Staff were efficient. Would play again.

Was cautious because of old comments about pace of play. Our pace was great and we did see a marshal. The layout at Legends is fabulous. The conditions are not pristine, but they are certainly very adequate. The greens are fast but also hold your approach. The faireays are a smidgen longer than others, but not anything that makes a difference. The rough occasionally has some bare spots. The bunkers are more dirt than sand, which was the only thing I could say was below average. Overall tremendous value. Absolutely fabulous and captivating routing. Loved it. This is a tough course and it requires you to control your golf ball. If you are wild, bring lots of balls!

Took my good friend out for a round of golf at one of our favorite courses. As usual it measured up in all aspects.

This was one of the best golf course staff experiences I've had. The staff were relaxed, friendly, and polite, without being obsequious. They understood that the players knew what they were doing and were out for a good time without needing to be micromanaged. The greens were dry and very hard (not fast though), but otherwise the course was in good shape. Pace was quite slow, nearly 5 hours for a late morning weekday start, even though most groups were twosomes or threesomes. Must have been one very slow group up ahead and no pressure from the marshals. Nonetheless, it was a good experience even though the wind got difficult in the middle of the round.

Challenging and multiple shots required to score well. Bunkers are junk with fairly large rocks and no sand. I’m a believer that if you don’t maintain them get rid of them. Make grass traps or fill them in.

I’ve played here before. As always the staff are friendly and accommodating. I was late for my tee time and they took care of me. The course is in great shape with the exception of the bunkers. I was told by a club member that the course is currently preparing for major improvements. Meanwhile, it has been accepted by some to not hit out of the hard dirt and take nearest relief with no penalty. It’s up to you. Would play again.

There are no Marshalls on the course.The play was exceptionally slow and after playing for 5 1/2 hours we left at the 15th hole. Sand traps were hard panned and needed more sand. The course had great a great layout but overall very disappointed.

Course was in great condition,a few tee boxes could use some attention, good pace of play and great day on the course

Played this course yesterday with my wife and brother. There were singles behind foursomes, twosomes followed by another twosome following a single. No Marshall on the course. Our tee time was 1:50. Quit at 5:00 pm after playing 9 holes. Will never go back. Tom T.
