Atlantis Country Club

Wife and I golfed there on a Thursday. The price was lowest in the area. They had a bit of a “Karen“ at the pro shop checking us in. The rest of the staff was nice. Pace of play was slow, teed off at 1:30 got in just at around 6 o’clock when the sun was coming down.

The course was a bit dry and beat up. Greens or however were good. Four $89 Green fee was what we pretty much expected.

Cart paths were atrocious with pot holes and along sides of cart paths were uneven. Fairways had way too many divots that were not filled in. Overall condition of course needs to be paid attention to.

Pace of play was slow - some players in a 4some were playing more than one ball.

People we met playing were great .

Really enjoyed this track. A bit of maintenance required on tee blocks and fairways but greens were terrific and carts are fantastic. Fun course to play. Even had a birdie 😜. It’s not a sexy place but the golf is great.

Great layout. Challenging but fair track. Speedy greens. No amenities on course and no cart girls. Greens did have weeds popping thru. Very good pace of play with 7:22 tee time. Definite recommendation to play here.

Amazing course, pretty hard to lose balls, the greens depend on the weather (fast/slow) but all in all fantastic course.

Greens hard, don't hold. Anything short plugged. Lots of tight lies in fairways.

Pace of play 5.0 hours! 7 minute interval between tee times clearly not enough to rcpect 4.0 hour round

The greens are quick and firm and roll true, hard to spin and hold at times. The bunkers are heavy and have consistent wetness on all 4 rounds I’ve played in January. Fairways lack firmness and have a mud like experience on every shot, tough to use bounce and partial shots can really grab and frustrate. I shot just over my cap each time with typically a tighter back 9 after adapting. As a higher single digit index the mishits can always be my own. Staff is excellent at this facility every time.

I played this course for the first time. When I walked up to the starter, he didn't ask if I had played here before, didn't direct me to the first tee, and said I could take any cart so I had to put my bag on a cart. It was dark (very early tee time). No help whatsoever. A previous review said the pace of play was horrible; however, we had a very different experience. We were a foursome followed by a threesome. We finished the first half 7 minutes shy of 2 hours. We finished the entire course in 3 hours 35 minutes. We were told by a player assistance person that we had to move it along because we were not keeping up with the gorup in front. I'm not sure why we weren't keeping up with them but we were keeping up with suggested pace of play. We never had to look for a ball, hitting most straight into the fairway. Maybe they read the previous review and thought they better get on the ball with pace of play, but it is annoying when we are keeping up with pace of play but told we need to play faster. The course itself is challenging with many bunkers surrounding each green. If you aren't a good sand shot player, you'll have some difficulty around the greens.

Like the layout, course in good condition and the staff is wonderful. They only have 7-8 minutes between tee times and it just sets you up to wait on every swing. 2-3 groups on every hole.

Pace was a little slow out the gate. Conditions were great with a nice layout. Greens were fast and true.

Toughest part of the course was the greens . Rolled and fast !! Loved the challenge! You have to stop the ball in the right spot to for most of the pins that day ! Very grainy and smooth pure slippery puts !!!! Excellent job on greens boys !!
